Nice amount of Coins with pretty good descriptions of their use cases. Also the learning section is cool and the glossary is very helpful for newbies. Clean Website, makes it comfy to stay there for a while. The location in NL makes it more trustable than being located in some tax haven.

Easy to understand, quick, good service

A lot of work to make an account, not a good overview/grafic from the crypto coins that I have bought. And the total overview from the website could be better.

App seems to respond a bit slow at times. Suspicously long loading times.
Otherwise great in form and function. Really enjoy trading with it.

I tried to upload many times my ID but redirected me to my phone ,..too difficult for the customers 🙁

Unafortunately it is impossible to buy crypto by debit card (like visa).

Very easy to use, only thing i miss is the opportunity to swap coins

Its a really good site for hodlers and new people in t he crypto scene. There are many cryptos available not only the big ones.

i like how easy your app is to use.
What i don麓t like is, that it could be faster. Also the Charts are way to "easy" and should be more professional.

pros :
Very friendly and personal assistance, also very quik response.
Very user-friendly for beginners.
Very clear charts /graphs. (price,date,highs and lows,clearly visible)
A good collection of coins to buy.
You can set buy orders and track you're history of orders and manage it very very easy.
They realy want to, and do improve their products and service.

cons : Could use more coins but they will add more in the future.
I had some issues with my manual buy orders where it got stuck (personally) 3 times only, but went away after a few minutes.
I bought a coin several times manually at a price but eventually I bought them at a slightly higher price for unknown reasons.
Probably lag time on all the different exchanges?

coinmerce is very good. which I think is a shame that you cannot pay directly with Visa Mastercard.

I have been trying to get an answer for three weeks whether there is a possibility to switch my account to BTC without having to sell my existing coin. Is my question too difficult?
