This company is just plain bad news. We had so many issues from communication, to quality control, to shipping! We ordered in December in 2019 and didn't receive it until March 2020. Had quality issues and the owner was less than friendly or amiable. Not even a thank you for our $3,000+ purchase. I will be sticking with Adobe Interiors and Great Blue Heron furniture companies. So much nicer and better to work with.

This place is amazing!
I've always been fond of the Restoration Hardware furniture. If fact we have a RH outlet story just down the road from us where I purchased several pieces that were perfect but returned for some unknown reason at a 40% discount. Great buys and we are very happy. However, when we later tried to order a large couch, we needed a sectional and RH didn't have what we needed. After some searching I ran across Cococo home and ordered a Monroe Square corner sectional in the Cambridge dark Rum and and when it arrived 6 weeks after I order it….OMG! It's simply amazing! Not only was the style an exact match to RH but the construction was far more robust and the leather is absolutely amazing! Super thick, soft and the whole room smells like a baseball glove for about $4,000 LESS than the the one from RH. Absolutely the best furniture purchase ever. We are planning another order for a second smaller couch next month and we can wait to see how that comes out.

By the way, for those of you complaining about getting weekly calls about the progress of your order, dude, you gotta get a hobby or something. This is a manufacture not a retail store. Place your order and if you don't hear from them in 8 weeks THEN check in. You are getting an amazing product. Chil and be happy.

Less than 100 pounds it might be perfect for you, it is not so comfortable chair company for me the chair and footstool are beautiful leather is exquisite seating is unfortunately not good .

Love my chesterfield couch and two chairs in galaxy grey leather delivered in November of 2015. My complaint is that as I'm writing this at least eight of the buttons have come loose. Yes they sent me a 'tool' to fix the buttons that came off – I just feel this should not be happening and I shouldn't continually be doing these repairs. I would also like for the cushions to be thicker – I'm considering buying extra foam to see if it will help.

Today repair service came and replaced ties on tufts across back of couch and chairs – looks great !!

Our 2 sofas and bed arrived today. Many thanks for your efforts to get that done.

My husband and I had an antique furniture business in Manhattan and used local upholstery shops that catered to the most high end designers. We know what good upholstered furniture looks like and based on what we saw we thought that cococohome.com was a good choice. The sofas and bed sitting in our house surpass our expectations, All of the pieces are not only gorgeous but obviously beautifully made.

Incredible product, so strong, well made, hooks on the cushions, premium materials ( I picked a custom Moore and Giles in Black Blue Brompton which will fade to blue but appears black). I love the solid frame, you wouldn't think you could tell but there's no give. You know you have a quality piece of furniture when you sit in them. Slowly but surely breaking them in and looking forward to a lifetime of use.

Steve picked up the phone when I called. I needed help with a movie I was working on that had a challenging schedule. He rose to the occasion and the result was 2 perfect custom sofas done in our time frame. And…w
