DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Me and my fianc茅 stayed here last Saturday 10th September, we got held up in traffic on the M6 so didn鈥檛 arrive till gone 9:30pm we were staying in one of their 鈥榰pgraded鈥?rooms with a four poster bed and double bath which had hair and fluff in, the bed was the worst I鈥檇 ever slept on, it felt like the springs were sticking in you, the window had chalky handprints all over it, plus for at least 2 or 3 years in the early hours of the morning whoever was sleeping in the room above us was moving around furniture and we couldn鈥檛 get to sleep.
Also when we came to eventually get served for a drink20 minutes later the bar lady put our drinks on the table by the rim of the glass with her bare hands – covid….
We explained this to the manager the next morning to which he was rude to us and said why did we not say anything at the time and it could of been cleaned!!!! Even tho I had to sign a second piece of paper which was all to do with covid.
Customer service was an absolute joke.
I would not stay here again if you paid me.
