Having accepted the job of repairing a table in December 2017, he decided not to bother. After 3 months of calls and waiting, no response from Tom himself, I ended up having to go round and collect my unrepaired table.
Tom was always "Busy" "On holiday" "In a Meeting" and often got others to speak to me when I called. He has now become involved with another company, so should have told me on arrival that he was unable to do the job. Even after three months of waiting and calls, he couldn't spare the time to apologise or give me back the table himself. I have since had the table repaired in Tattenhall. It looks amazing and took days not months! Will not be using Cheshirefurnituresolutionsltd again.
