Don鈥檛 order of Chanel. I paid 拢100 on makeup and it鈥檚 been 9 days, they said it would be here between 4-5 days. I鈥檝e had no email no response or even if it鈥檚 been shipped or not.

Ordered some makeup from the website over 7 days ago and heard nothing since so it hasn鈥檛 been shipped or anything and I鈥檝e tried to contact customer service can鈥檛 get through via email or phone terrible service. I know it鈥檚 a busy time at the moment etc but every company I鈥檝e ordered from at least gets your order sent out within a week. Won鈥檛 be ordering from them again

Shocking service. I ordered a Chanel perfume online directly from themselves with a delivery of 4-5 days. 5 days later I鈥檝e had no information to say it鈥檚 even been shipped let alone delivered. The phone number on the order confirmation email just cuts out everytime after telling me the opening hours (and everytime I call they should be open) and I鈥檝e had no response to my email. The 拢67 I spent is pending in my account but I鈥檝e had radio silence ever since placing the order. Don鈥檛 give a delivery date if you can鈥檛 adhere to it and answer your customers!

Customer service is horrendous, they are so rude especially Ana at the Chanel store inside Neiman marcus in Dallas, her partner as well. They ignore you request and don鈥檛 answer your text.
Isa at the miami store in Bal Harbour the same don鈥檛 answer your text or she may take her time. Not sure if I want to continue be a Chanel customer anymore, obviously they don鈥檛 care.

I placed an order for perfume and the order was cancelled for no reason leading me to have to order the exact same product again. When I tried to get in contact with customer service the wait was insanely long and then they would just hang up. I have been trying to get in contact with a representative for 4 days now and I find it ridiculous.

Chanel store in Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach ca

The post is for the Chanel store inside Neiman Marcus. My wife and I purchased a $3000 bracelet that was suppose to be delivered to our home a few days later. After three weeks we called and left over 10 messages with Neiman Marcus with not one return call from the store or a manager. We finally got a hold of the sale lady who informed us that the package was refused by us. (which was not true at all). We asked for a tracking number so we could go pick it up from the fedex station and they told us they couldn't due to company policy. So they said they would have it rerouted to the store and we could pick it up in two day. No one ever called us to let us know if it was there or not and since we can't reach anyone the frustration continues to grow Turns out they put the wrong address on it and were just making up excuses to why we didn't have it. The customer service at this store was horrible and has put a bad taste in our mouth about spending money like this with a company who doesn't care about their customers. Today, over a month later we still did not receive the bracelet and have now reqHeated a full refund

Quite a tough process to get replating done in Chanel. I have to send this through to syndey but requires a receipt. How is this possible when they obviously will have records of this. It seems like they couldnt bother to help me with replating.

My wallet is quite worn and durability is not like it used to be for sure

I have been a customer in the Chanel Fragrance /Make Up Boutique in Westfield Bondi Junction for the last 10 years. For the last 6 months or more, you have a store manager that I found very abrupt. It wasn't once or twice but on several occasions, I noticed her manner was not nice at all.
She seems to look down on clients and made inappropriate comments to express her views.
It is a shame that I have to avoid not going to the boutique when she is there. I later found out her name is Angela.
As a regular client, I feel that I need to inform you how I feel about the store that I love to visit in the past, and longer feel comfortable when she is in the store.

I ordered no5 soap and was delighted with the service, the soap was delivered by tracked postage 2 days after the order and presented in channel packaging , with 2 free perfume samples.it was also 拢10 cheaper than Amazon.

I'm afraid I found their company completely unhelpful. They trade on an established name by giving absolutely no service. Their assistant who just answered the phone, clearly from home, could not have been more disinterested.

I personally own two Chanel cosmetic which I am very happy with.
However I have emailed them a question three times, and sent the same question once on Messenger, all within the last few weeks and am still awaiting a response.
This has actually put me off purchasing Chanel products again.
I do not understand why it is so hard for them to answer a simple query from a customer.
I finally got a response with an apology for the delay, it took several weeks but at least they responded.

I have bought Chanel perfumes for years and never had any problems with them. Last year I bought a 100 ml bottle of Coco Eau De Parfum, which I didn鈥檛 open until April 2020. I had stored it in a cool dark place, but the seal had perished and the entire contents leaked. It was clearly faulty. I tried to contact the after sales service several times, but without success. I was not able to submit the form. So as a last resort I recently contacted the CEO to see whether this would yield a response. I sent pictures of the bottle with the email. No response so far. I have to agree with other reviewers that this is appalling for a well established luxury company. No customer Care whatsoever. It has caused me to reflect on whether I would purchase any future items from them, since they really are not interested in customer care or quality assurance.

I would never in my life but anything Chanel not order from their website. My order never arrived. I placed an order on August 9th checked shipping it said it was returned to them. They received the item back on the 14th. They are just now 10 days later processing my refund. Lazy heartless high end that I will forever look at the cheapest. Oh and then blocked me from being able to email for no reason at all.

Awful experience with Chanel as a watchmaker and in customer service from their Faubourg Saint Honor茅 boutique
I asked them to change my Chanel J12 watch strap. I had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes on my first visit. When the watch was returned to me, the watch was not properly functioning. I had to give them back for repair twice. Chanel is nos now asking 519鈧?VAT included to repair a watch which was proprely functioning when i gave them. This is a shame.
