Terrible service. They used to be ok but of late terrible service.
Received a refund for my order no explanation as to why and no response to my emails.
Wont be using them again.

This website used to be legit. However, I just attempted to purchase a product key and my order was put on hold for unexplained reasons. After waiting to speak with a rep for over an hour on their chat window, I was greeted by an obviously scripted response about how my order was under review. I demanded a refund and was told I would have to wait 7-10 days, even though I used paypal, where refunds are instantaneous. I'm not sure I understand their business model- it's as if they don't want your money and instead just face an onslaught of upset customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Ordered three times using Paypal. Never received the codes instantly. They were first under review and then rejected for unknown reason. Live Chat is ridiculous, no support at all. At least they refund. That鈥檚 why I give 2 stars. But the way they treat new customers is horrible. Don鈥檛 ever try to buy a code from a different region, they will reject it.

Terrible service… Have written no response to emails… be aware. I AM NOW LEAVING BAD REVIEWS TO WARN OTHERS EVERY WHERE. The sad thing is they asked trust pilot for more details to respond and dont even bother to from there! I am also contacting trading standards and watchdog in the UK. My bank will now have to get involved due to this company. It could have been resolved simply by a refund immediately due to their misdescription and non delivery of the code. Or delivery of the code but ignoring me is not on. I will not go away. Be careful use at your own risk. You have been warned.

Payed for 2 codes 拢40 none of them working. Trying to get my money back unfortunately after 2 weeks they wone to pay my half amount never going to use them again and won't recommend to anyone

Bought a code that didn't work. They kept the money and will not reply to emails. It's a pity because I bought off them before with out issue. This is a great company when the code works-when it doesn't it's customer service will leave you feeling scammed! It's not worth the GAMBLE!!!!

Place two orders one went though straight away although had inital issues with code activation.
Seond order was 'under review' for hours and support would not process.
Currently awaitng refund.

The code provided for God of War did not work. Their phone line was unobtainable and after 4 days after emailing them, still not even a reply. CD keys may be a bit cheaper but if they don鈥檛 refund in this situation, it negates all the savings very quickly! Avoid this company and pay a bit more from legit stores, I wish I had now!

I have been using them since 2015 when my GTA5 G2A's key was charged-back and I couldn't access my account.

I have purchased WoW prepaid time and many games and DLCs. As far as I am aware they sell real keys not keys from other sellers which can sell you Steam gift keys or God knows what then do a chargeback and you lose your account.

I have just purchased a "The Elder Scrolls Online Collector's Edition Upgrade" at a much lower cost than on any other website and the key was instant and worked just as all the other keys provided by them have in the past.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. CDKeys did have 5 stars on trustpilot and still does on UK Trustpilot, so obviously something happened. Either their standards have dropped (not in my experience) or someone is trying really hard to tarnish their reputation.

As an active customer I recommend them, I've never had any problems with them for UK purchases and I bought games for Activision/Blizzard, Steam, Origin, Uplay and individual games.

Terrible customer service, tried their live messenger for support after refusing to give me the code for the game, spent hours getting down to the last 10 in the queue to then get booted.

Then their鈥漴eview team rejected鈥?my purchase, and now have to wait 10 days for my money back. And a number of other poets at they鈥檙e in a similar situation.

Probably a scam to keep people鈥檚 money for a few days to keep the interest.

I used to come here for all my UK cards. Not anymore. I'm sick of all the problems I've had over the course of JUST ONE DAY! Need to get ahold of support for an online chat? Expect to wait a minimum of an hour or more. Ridiculous!

Ordered two Google play vouchers that never arrived. I've been in the customer service roundabout now for over a day. Every time I get close to being able to speak to an actual human it resets and puts me to the back of the queue to start again.

I have 8 emails all saying the same thing from an automated response that didn't help at all and actually claims that im disconnecting the chat and that they are trying to contact me. Absolute lies.

Somehow accidentally ordered 2 Xbox live keys. Asked for a refund via email but just received generic response. Been on their live chat 3 times now but after waiting for an hour I Leo getting cut off. I've now sent 3 emails but again just get generic responses. These lot are awful. Won't order from them again. AVOID

Do not even bother with this site. You may save 10-15% but it isn't worth it. I've had games that have been sold as the wrong region and stopped working, games on pre-release that I haven't received a key for until hours / days after the release. Avoid at every cost, it isnt worth it

Terrible service, tried to buy online code for grand theft auto. Took ages to send the code. Didn't answer my emails but finally did send the code.

Absolute shocking company. On there site it says 5鈽?on trustpilot. Ordered a ps+ subscription I entered the code and says invalid or been redeemed. Emailed but all I got was in my response was that on there end it was showing as activated.
As I have read in other posts they must be deleting negative comments. I wish I had paid full price now lost 拢35.99. Will never use or recommend again.

Really disappointed. Bought Witcher 3 (wrong game, but slow reply from CD Keys made me install it for a go) BUT it didn't work properly once I installed it. Contacted CD Keys who never replied to my request, and just sent a closed ticket with no contact. I responded poor service waiting for a response. Then I contacted the GOG support who were much more helpful but then informed me they couldn't do anything because I had used a free code – I had been CHARGED by CD Keys for a FREE code.

DO NOT BUY from them, they claimed to me that their keys are from authorised locations but I have email evidence that says they aren't.

Edit 2 (6 days after purchase): finally received a response after updating this review. Unhelpful, and I am awaiting an explanation on why I have been sold a free code not a purchased game.

Edit 1: CD Keys said they couldn't verify me morning after the review was first posted with just my name on this review so I submitted order number to them as well. Yet I still haven't got verification through 6 days later… Appears they're trying to play this off. It is also curious that both negative previous reviews of mine which was verified has been now reported by CD Keys to take it down…

Poor customer service. After 64 h no reply from them.
The key they shipped was already redeemed on steam.
Plus somehow their staff doesn't understand the difference in an email "CC" vs "BCC". I started seeing other people in cc on my ticket that i open.(funny).
This "Jenny A" person doesn't know what she is doing when supporting customers.( a supervisor should look into this)
Horrible experience so far. Now no key and no refund
