Wish I read this first WARNING!
Scammers here. 40$ down the drain in their pockets for nothing. Key doesn鈥檛 work on steam as promised. Claimed to be a global key. What is recourse anyone? How can these people still be trading?
Tried their ticket resolution system. Guy said 鈥?looking into it鈥?……. two weeks ago.

Pathetic, I just ordered F1 2013 thinking that i could buy it here since steam doesn't host it anymore, but the status of my order is still being shown as partially delivered, why would you make something available when it isn't present in your stock. Opened a ticket and asked for a refund, but no response so far uptil now.

I made a purchase 24 hours ago for ARK Survival Evolved on the Xbox one and placed a support ticket, emailed, messaged over facebook and skype, but got nothing, I wasn't sure whether it was because I'm in the UK or just because it is a weekend but it shouldn't take this long to send the account.

Robbed out of 拢46 by these barsterds please people don't chance it with these that need shut down its fraud nothing more KARMA!!……. This message is the first and only reply iv had of yous cdkeys warehouse you took my money for 2 weeks without a simple answer even to tell me it was out off stock read all the reviews on your website at first I thought yous were great sorted any problems straight away but this over Xmas was a joke I sent over 15 Facebook messages which yous seen and still no answers who buys a game and still haven't getting it 2 weeks later you'd definitely need to check your staff out

I bought a game for my Xbox one . No reply to when I will receive my order or anything 24 hour period has gone by. This is disappointing because it has been paid for in full and my digital product has not been received . Very disappointing service as I have not received updates or replies to the issue at hand .

Instead of fulfilling my pre-order, support told me they ran into problems and could not provide a copy any longer. At the same time, they posted the same item on their website, now with a new price, which was around 40 % higher. Apparently, their problem was not in supply but in greed. Let's see if I get the refund they promised. Very disappointed about this "pre-order."

Whether or not Blizzard has new restrictions in place I cannot tell, they certainly did not communicate this to the general audience. I'm not saying your statement is false, ok?

But here's what I'm going to say. It may be an unfortunate situation, but there are business risks any business has to take. On the one hand it speaks of unprepared, or incompetent, management to not consider worst-case scenarios. Making the situation worse, is the fact that instead of taking a hit on your own profits (it was your careless planning after all), you put your customers in an unfortunate position. If what you say is true, and why shouldn't I believe you, then you knew about the situation one day before the release of the game. You should have communicated the circumstances immediately and offered a refund, so that I could have bought the title on launch day elsewhere.

But on the other hand, and which imho is worse, the whole string of events also screams of bad moral conduct. Let me explain, because this conclusion is not plain abusive, but founded in the following. In the initial support ticket all you said was, "the restriction from blizzard means we can no longer fulfill this order." Making it appear to be a technical problem, while in fact it was all about the money; which later you recognised. By this recognition you're backpedaling on your initial statements.

Now, in the meantime, you have changed the status of the order to "refunded." I checked my CC account, and there has indeed been a refund, though not about the full amount. I guess this is about my CC being in Euro currency and you sending money in AUD, ie. due to currency fluctuations. That's not alright, though. On top of everything else mentioned so far, I practically end up paying for a service not rendered.

TL;DR – Still very disappointed about this "pre-order."

PS. By the way, you said in your reply, "The increased price is from another supplier and another region." At the time of dispute, your website still claimed the published version to be region-free. How does that compute?

PPS. I just read this: "CDKey Warehouse reported this review 3 days ago for the following reason(s): The company has no record of this reviewer" This sure looks like you're trying to get rid of as many bad reviews as possible. Fact is: I verified my purchase to Trustpilot some time back, and I have screenshots of all transactions, plus PDF invoices, etc., so go ahead and close my account on your website, I can still prove my purchase. I'll not have myself bullied. Also just noticed, Trustpilot rating link is no longer on your frontpage… mhhh ok.

Thanks to Joey contacting me after my review I was able to get all my issues with my key fixed. He was very kind and considerate and the problem was fixed.

well i wish i would of not bothered with it,i didn't think that i was going to get realy good game and yes all of them where below a level,some of them would not even load so just don't waste your money

Ordered a product from CDKEY Warehouse on 31st of August and still have not recived any key. The support is very good though told me that they are out of stock and will let me know once the keys are in again.

I could choose to cancel my order and get my money back. Good service, but long delivery time. Should have a indicator for how many items they have in stock!

Awesome service.
I used credit card and bought a game that is not released yet. I thought it was a pre release code so i contacted support asking why i didnt get a beta code. They informed me that the game did not include beta access as it would say on the page. But support gave me a beta code anyway! It took a couple days to get a reply but in the end i was very pleased with the results.

Used these guys about 10 times now, always happy with the prices (be sure you check with version of the game your buying), only real complaint to have is it takes them a few hours to process but it is worth the wait!

Company sold me a steam key. When entered in to steam I was told that it had already been activated and was therefore invalid. When advised, CDKey Warehouse then explained that the responsibility was mine and listed the hoops I would have to go through in order to get store credit back. For the dollars involved, it wasn't worth my time, but still annoying.

I bought a game (that I didn't know) was out of stock. Got informed 10 minutes after i payed that it was out of stock and I could get a refund. I said I wanted a refund and recieved it minutes later. Absolutely great and will order there again, just making sure they have the key first 😀

Great purchasing experience. Didn't realise the company was based in Australia so the time difference had me waiting more than the 1 hour, but i still got it sooner than i thought. Some early risers in Australia!

I preordered "War for the Overworld" out of worktime for CDKey Warehouse. From the beginning of their worktime, I received a mail to warn me that key must be activate with VPN (it wasn't mention on product). Customer support gave to me different solutions who satisfied me fully.

Next time, I'll come back and hope this time there will no problem 🙂

The time it takes to get the Cd-key was under 30mins and the price is great. My game cost me $65 where everywhere else online was $70+ and in stores was $90 minimum.

Bought WoW Battlepack, and WoW Mists of Pandora. They gave me the big package with Cataclysm included. And all this within 10 minutes. I can only say: CdKeys Rocks!!

Back in January had an absolutely horrid experience with these guys, definitely not worth the time and effort of things going wrong and their slow responses to fixing it.

Prior to that I had a good experience which went smoothly and since then I had another good one so that's 2 out of 3 going well, better than nothing.

Sadly their loyalty points seem messed up, you don't tick to use them in a purchase and yet you watch your points drop, then rise then suddenly hit 0…. All I know is that they cannot get it right so I just keep saving them and hope they fix it.
