My experience with this company Carolina Furniture and Appliance was by far the worst ever!

I purchased a total of (11) Brand New appliances from several appliance companies and thank goodness, I only purchased (1) appliance from them.

The item they delivered was extremely damaged and the people I spoke with were obnoxious and rude. Took a week for them to pick up their damaged item and took several calls to my credit card company and many to Carolina Furniture and Appliance to get credit back.

All the (10) items I purchased from other companies, combined, weren't nearly as much aggravation and as time consuming, as the (1) item I bought from them.

This business was an absolute nightmare to deal with and the worst customer service of 100% of companies I've ever dealt with.

My experience with Carolina and Appliance in Conway, SC was terrible from beginning to the end- worse at the end, (f that was even possible). Purchased many appliances in the past 2 weeks for complete remodels of my condos. Thank goodness I only purchased (1) appliance from them.
Their Brand New appliance was terribly damaged and the people I spoke with were extremely obnoxious.
Took a week for them to pick up their damaged item which was a huge inconvenience for me since floors walls and complete kitchen was being done in condo. Finally I called my Credit Card company for them to makje them credit my account since they made excuse after excuse why they hadn't done so.
The other (10) items I purchased from other companies, combined, weren't as much aggravation and as time consuming, as the (1) item I bought from them.

The NEW item was extremely damaged and the people I spoke with were extremely obnoxious and rude. Took a week for them to pick up their damaged item and took calls to my credit card to get them to give me a credit.
The other items I purchased from other companies. All those combined, weren't as much aggravation and as time consuming, as the (1) item I bought from them.
