Ordered my car cover back on Nov 9th, was immediately told the next day it was on back order. I figured no worry, it's close to the holidays, lots of sales! But! After repeated attempts of trying to contact the company about my order ( which still hasn't arrived! Jan 4th). They have horrible customer service, and seem to be going out of business. Why else dodge everyone's calls and not send customers there products which they promised. Stay Away!

Carcovers.com did not have the correct fitting cover for my car. When I returned the cover they sent in pristine condition, I was charged a 15% restocking fee. After numerous emails and voicemails, I learned they only respond to web chats. Took them several weeks to refund any money at all. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay away!

Ordered "custom made" floor mats for my 2020 Mazda Miata. 4 weeks later the mats arrive and are completely the wrong dimensions. I contacted the company to get a refund and they responded back with "sorry you are dissatisfied but the mats are custom made and we will not refund you." What?!?! They provided me a "broken" product and yet refuse to make it right. Be warned, go somewhere else.

Easy as 1 2 3. I love there company's service, I had order from them before the product last server years then I need replacement sure enough just call tell them what happen they replace new one. Thank you for professional at your service.

Since COVID has meant I'm not driving my car as much, I purchased a cover to put on my 370Z. The cover came quickly and was exactly what I expected. The fit is good and the material is a good quality. Since this is out in the Bakersfield, CA heat, we will see how it holds up, but I'm optimistic.

The only issue I've seen so far is the circle scratch protection where the security cable goes. Both circles are already coming off, but I'm not sure it is absolutely needed to keep my car protected.

I had a very bad experience with this company I have. 1989 camera when I received the cover put it on it did not fit but left it on since it was going to rain the following morning the cover did absolutely nothing all wet no protection at all and a little wind set off the alarm
Oh and free shipping yes and easy returns not so had to make sure you had a ticket and other instructions or a 20% charge on top of restocking fee and you get to pay for shipping the undesirable product back

In July on my first trip with my new cover, the seams failed causing damage to the paint on my new Honda Talon.
When I reached out to talk to someone is took over an hour of hold-time, and I could only get a member of the sales team. My emails take several days to get answered, and all they say is that they are looking into it.
Stay away from this company. They will not take ownership of any damage caused by poor workmanship, and materials.

I bought a platinum cover for my wife's Subaru Outback last year and it is great. I'm finally retiring the cloth cover I bought from you 10 years ago for my Corvette. It is still in perfect condition but we moved from California to Georgia and the car is now outside in a carport with a lot of rain so I need a more weather resistant cover. Thanks!

Item was not as described so I contacted for a refund. I was told I had to wait 10 Business days for a RMA return authorization. I got the return authorization and sent the cover back still took three weeks and several messages and emails about getting a refund before I had to end up filing a dispute with my credit card company. In the middle of the dispute hi reached out the final time and they finally processed the refund.

It was extremely easy to find a cover we need, I selected the Rally van option, but in addition, it's a Conversion van, which is slightly taller. So before shipping, can you confirm that this cover will still fit please. Thanks

Just bought brand new ATVs. Planning on going camping with them and wanted a good way to keep them protected and cleaner overnight. These covers keep extra dust off, as well as rain and few. They also help keep dirt and grandkids off at home. Having buckles run under the ATVs at multiple points also means that we can use them while trailering, which helps prevent road chips.

Having just purchased a new 2020 Subaru Ascent I decided to protect it with a suitable cover. After a short delay, probably due to problems based on the Covid-19 outbreak, the cover arrived. It fits my new SUV like a glove. Product still new so cant speak for longevity. Initial impressions are great. Cover fits well. Seems more sturdy than previous cover purchased through other vendor.

Bought a cover, spent 150 dollars on this cover. Within 3 mos it was flaking and peeling and leaving residue all over my expensive vehicle. They offered to replace it but wanted me to pay 27.00 for shipping. I just spent 150 less than 3 mos ago and they want to charge for shipping to replace an obviously defective product. That's just wrong. On top of that they will tell you that if you don't agree with shipping charges they'll let their management handle the final decision and then never email you back and just leave you hanging. Don't waste your time or money if you like customer service and quality products. This company knows nothing about either.

I carefully searched and researched car covers. The advertised quality was spot on relative to how great the cover is. I was very concerned about the fit and even spoke with a customer service via phone and email. Very helpful, pleasant, honest and accurate. Understand I grade and evaluate by a tough standard and rarely give a 5 star review. Happy to say this is a well deserved five star rating.

I bought the car cover for my husband who is working on restoring his 91 Accord. He needed a good, high quality cover since we do not have an enclosed place to park the car. After researching, he found this to be the best option. It was appropriately priced, arrived quickly, and seems like a great quality product. We are now going to purchase one for his 2nd car.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cover for my 1988 Harley 883. I was really surprised of the sturdy outer cover along with the fleece lining along with the perfect fit. These qualities stood out far above the rest of the covers that I have checked into. I appreciate all that you have done to protect my ride. I would definitely buy one more for my 1955 Ford when it gets finished next year.

Great company and excellent customer service. I called to check on the size needed for a 1946 Willys Jeep with the spare and gas can mounted on the rear. They walked me through the process….. Cover fits great and the high wind kit ensures it stays in place when the ocean winds howl. Looking forward to a long life for this cover.

I can't tell you how many junk covers I bought over the last 3 years. But they did rub the paint off of the
left and right rear side of my 2010 Challenger (not happy). I installed my new cover here about 5 days ago 2 days ago we had high winds and some rain and it never even budged. The fit is just right and it doesn't ride
up and down and blow off the car. Very happy with this purchase but actually wish I had done it like 2 years
ago !!!
