Opted 15 Day Trial Offer. While on Trial, realized software is extremely basic and canceled service per Captaloan Agreement Policy. Kept getting charges every month. Nobody picks up the phone, email cancellation is being ignored. After reading other fraudulent sites, this appears to be standard fraudulent practice. STAY AWAY!!!!
