Despite the friendly promises on the website ("we'll respond in 1-2 days")
Capsul provides no adequate customer service.

– No phone number is provided to contact customer service or anyone else
– Contact Us page claims to offer chat, but provides only a form to send email request for help
[email protected] is the only email offered to contact them

I ordered a $1000 custom necklace almost 6 weeks ago, with an estimate of 4-5 weeks for completion.
They provided NO status updates at any time during the 6 weeks
I've sent 4 polite emails requesting something, anything on order status and shipping estimate

They never replied – NOTHING – no responses
They provide no way to call them, no way to chat

As a customer, you are completely at their mercy.

Their customer service policy is clearly "Don't Call US, We'll Call You"
