I麓ve ordered some mousepads at your company: Print acceptable, production and delivery time good, but the pads are too weak! The mouse is not that accurat to control on this weak surface, as it should be. You urgently should use pads with a harder surface!

I placed an order with Camaloon for 拢750, I have yet to have confirmation so I have emailed 3 times chasing and tried to call yet 'they can't attend my call please call back later' – line then goes dead!

I'm none the wiser what is going on and need to get this sorted?????

I ordered coffee cups with a logo. The quality came out quite good, and the price was reasonable. What I like in particular with Camaloon that you don't have a minimum order quantity like 50 pieces and can actually order by piece.

Order was delivered to a completely different address. Customer service confirmed that my address given is correct and that they are unsure why this arrived in a different area. UPS delivery will not support with this despite them delivering my product to the incorrect area. Awaiting resolution. Very disappointing

I ordered at Camaloon two times already. The first order was perfect and the products are good. The second order was not working out so good. I am missing plenty of items (25% of the total order value) and trying to contact the Customer Service for over a week now but still no response. Hopefully the will come back to me soon. The Service number they provide has an answering machine, no recall either.

Update from 8th of July 2020: Still no response since four weeks now. Calls are not answered and mails are not replied. What is this?

I've used Camaloon for a few years now. Their products have always been to a high standard. More often than not orders arrive as stated and within their predicted arrival dates.

However, the moment you need to actually communicate with them, it's like you鈥檙e talking to a completely different company. Very slow replies, they hide their email, they offer a live chat service but it appears they only like to portray they offer a live chat service, as I've been waiting for a response for over 15 minutes from a team that 'typically replies within minutes'.

It's very sad, as they do offer great products, but the moment someone comes along and offers me better service, I'm gone, even if it costs a fraction more. As to me, a great level of service is harder to come by than great products. Products can be obtained.

I ordered a water bottle recently from Camaloon, which arrived early. I was satisfied with the quality of the bottle, and the personalised component had been completed exactly to how I specified. The product looked good and functioned marvellously – to begin with.
However, a week into using my product, I noticed a crack appearing. This was highly concerning as it is obviously a water bottle. I alerted the customer service team at Camaloon immediatly, who waited for a week to reply to my email and live-chat requests. (The email they sent was extremely brief and contained several spelling and grammatical errors FYI)
They then asked me to fill out a customer-complaint form, which I immediately did. That was two weeks ago, and I have not heard anything back from them since.
I shall not be using their services again.

Camaloon a guarantee.
I had pins produced for my "SOUL4SKIN" store dedicated to Korean cosmetics in Milan.
They are beautiful, delivered on time and at competitive prices.
I recommend this company to everyone and above all the availability of Michela Granzo who followed me in the creation of the products.
