Atrocious. This is not a UK company, but a German one. And all their support emails are sent in German!
(I have no problem with Germans, BTW – this is about poor customer service)
The software I bought would not activate. When I called Microsoft to activate over the phone they said the product key had been blocked and that I should contact the supplier I bought it from.
After a ridiculous amount of back and forth I was eventually refunded by Buysoftwareonline but it was clear they made it as difficult as possible.

Do not use this company, All instructions are in German, The installation video is in German, The how to register the software is also in German. Avoid. The low price does not equal the amount of hassle.
Update. Emailed several times and they just respond in German. Spent 2 hours on line with Microsoft and it turns out I was given one version of office and a different activation code. Still not resolved.
