It was a serious disappointment. The star is not officially named, they just write it down in their registry, but they may even name one star many times in it. For such a product, and such a price, you might expect an excellent service. However, the product arrived almost 4 weeks after the order when it is supposed to take 1. Two weeks after the order, I didn't need it anymore because it was a birthday present and the birthday passed. I was happy to read they have a decent revoke policy. I communicated I wanted a refund, but it turns out, that the whole revoke policy doesn't apply to stars (the only product they have) but to two of their extras. So, the only thing they offered me was printing the papers again with a different mailing system. This time I received it in about 8 days.

To sum up, very expensive purchase (over 100 euros for a few papers and a dvd, and someone writting in his notebook that a star belongs to me [and some other people]), and a very disappointing useless and even misleading revoke policy. I will definitely not recommend this website.

I ordered to buy a star with a written dedication on the certificate for my wife. I ordered it a bit late, on the 27th of July and her birthday was on the 29th. I was not hoping to get it in time. After searching for a while online to find a company that seemed reputable I came across this website after reading the reviews on here. Really happy with the service. We also purchased a necklace as well which is beautiful! The one thing I would say is that the necklace chain is a choker so i'll have to get a longer chain but apart from that it has been a flawless service and quicker than I thought it would be.

I ordered this as a present for a friends baby's christening. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time but pleasingly delivery times were quicker than stated. However I struggled to pay for the item; the website just didn't register the pay button. I emailed and was told to try using Firefox or google chrome as internet explorer often has issues. If this is a known issue then advice should be stated on the website to avoid customer annoyance and delayed ordering.
