Get the game if you want to have some fun, it is free, but because they have automated services that can restrict or ban your account, I advise you to do not put any money into this game, the staff team of this game are really small in compere to a number of the players and if u have an issue and need their help see below their answer:

The last advise make a new steam account to play this game, I know some ppl play in their work computers and destiny 2 game has an automated software that scan your computer so if u have a software working on the back ground and trigger their anti cheat your account will be done.

The key for a game company to success is the way they interact with their game community, sorry Bungie Team, but you guys need to get more staff members to deal with the players and make sure that your staff members are happy, so they can be please to deal with the tickets.

I sent my ticket to BUNGIE about 3 days ago and still no answer, because they haven't look or will not look at it, you know why I am sure about that ? I have youtube channel and I sent to them a video and I have the views rating for that, and so far (no views from BUNGIE)

FRANCE I have been a very loyal destiny player since the first one. as much to say for several years already and also a big collector on their store. They sent me the bungie rewards
shadow seal on May 18th and still not received and this is not normal. Despite my reminders every week, they don't want to do anything. For a business that makes millions it's so abused not to support a loyal customer who has been robbed. Customer service is up to the game servers … pitiful !!
Bungie if you read it know that I do not intend to stop there. I paid for an item on your store that I never received and I intend to be reimbursed !!

Think twice before making a Bungie account as you can never ever delete it.

I made one to play Destiny 2, decided that game is an overhyped repetitive cashgrab that gave a big FU to the people who invested money in it by vaulting content and level capping your hard earned gear, and I can't delete my account, it's stated in their EULA that accounts are permanent so instead I tried to get myself banned intentionally by spamming their forums with every breach of the code of conduct I could make and all they did was make my posts invisible, my account is still very much active.

The point I want to make is, they're a shady company.

Next to not wanting my Steam account associated with Bungie (they won't even let me unlink it, seriously, the unlink function is dimmed out), I feel disrespected because it is not OK that a foreign company based overseas operates in my country for financial gain while ignoring the law and by extension, infringes my right to erasure so blatantly.

I know I am making more noise than it's worth the trouble, but if I don't, and nobody else takes an initiative, then who or what is going to stop other companies from committing more severe rights infringements? Another question would be, why not? This is the question I asked one of their moderators: "What can Bungie possibly hope to gain from holding on to the accounts of people who no longer play any Bungie games?" to which he simply linked me to the page stating that by agreeing to their terms and conditions, I signed away my rights with no argumentation for such a decision.

With that being said, they've made an enemy out of me and therefore I will NOT recommend their games to anyone in the future. In fact, I will use this situation as another argument advising people AGAINST signing up with Bungie at all.

Love this store!!! I been playing destiny for years, have several thousand hours in Destiny 2. I've purchased all the lore books and soundtracks and sweatshirts and t-shirts over the years and have always received my items as ordered. I recommend to buy things at start of season and the store sometimes includes FREE in game emblem as well as a poster and tote bag for FREE!! If you pre-order something, be patient since it does take a while for things to come. Also I wish they would accept Bitcoin!! But overall great experience and I love to support a great game!

I have been a loyal player of Destiny 2 since it released in 2017. I have bought every single dlc and season pass and on the 17th of Feb 2020 Bungie decided to ban my account for supposedly cheating. Well let me tell you something people that cheat in any online game are scum bags period. I have never cheated nor have I ever had any intentions of doing so. I have done some research on why Bungie assigns bans and have recently found out that you can get banned just for having a poor internet connection. Now I don't have a poor internet connection while my son is at school and his Grandmother is at work but when the whole family is home and connected to my internet connection it obviously slows it down. Well I downloaded a program that is supposed to limit the bandwidth usage for other devices on my network. I have never used the program before and when I did I got disconnected from the Destiny 2 servers like 4 times so I stopped the program that I was using and uninstalled it. I went back into Destiy 2 and played for about 5 minutes and got kicked to my desktop with a message stating that my account has been banned. SCUM! I have so much of my time and hard earned money in this game. Why would someone cheat with so much money spent? Why won't the people at Bungie respond to my appeal? Is Bungie even a real company now that Activision has left? Anyway I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint and I want to be completely refunded for my money and time put into this game or if they're going to make this ban stick I want physical proof that I did something wrong. Until then I will continue to harass Bungie and the dev's of Destiny 2.

Ordered the jade rabbit figurine in November for Christmas but it never arrived!
Now I am being ghosted by the terrible customer service team so I can't even get a refund. Shocking lack of follow up.

Purchased the Jade Rabbit figurine in early December. They said it would ship by the middle of December, it is now the END of January and no sign of the item. After receiving several follow up emails of them claiming to send it out at a further and then again further date I emailed them requesting a cancellation and informed them if they don鈥檛 follow up on the refund and cancellation I requested that I鈥檇 be filing with the Better Business Bureau to which they IMMEDIATELY replied saying they鈥檝e shipped the item out… they day AFTER I sent my request for cancellation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I鈥檝e got timed stamped emails to back up my claims. They鈥檙e too sketchy and will steal from you if you let them. *** This review is based solely on my poor experience; purely opinion ***

I constantly have problems trying to get on their servers, everything else on my Xbox works only destiny doesn't. The game refers you to their website, which is pointless and has no information on it whatsoever.

So sick of the horrible grind they make players such as myself go through. I myself am a PvE player I don't like PvP and am really bad at it so my success rate in it is trash, that being said bungie decides they want to make it impossible for players like myself to be able to obtain crucible only weapons such as Recluse or mountaintop because they put the ranking system so absurd that you have to claw and scratch suffer through constant childish t bagging to possibly never even get what you are going for……… Whoever at bungie decided it was a great idea to make you loose progress when you loose matches deserves to be castrated.. How stupid are you people, why make things that work so well PvE IMPOSSIBLE to get unless you are a god PvP player. So pathetic and I really wish I never waisted the money on this game cause you guys always seem to find a way to screw things up.

a sham company, bought a t/shirt that cost with postage to the UK $36, when it arrived we got a card saying there was a 拢112.40p customs charge, when i enquired with customs and excise, they said that the product hadn't even been registered to be imported in to this country, DO NOT USE

I have two Xboxes in my house and we game share between the two, plying together at the same time. However, Bungie do not allow game sharing of DLC between two consoles in the same house. They don鈥檛 even allow sharing of the same DLC on the same console. Forcing customers to buy a product for each person that uses it on the same console is criminal.
No response from Bungie on the matter.
We were going to buy and play Destiny 2 and Anthem, but certainly won鈥檛 be now.

My son worked hard for a reward, ordered his t shirt which didn鈥檛 come, promised another one which didn鈥檛 arrive. Just refunded after 4 months saying the deadline had passed. I ordered it well before the deadline. One very upset little boy, disgraceful company with no morals. Lied about ordering a new t shirt and just kept my money and a small child hanging. Shame on you, nasty, lying, company. Do not put your trust in them. Disgraceful customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH. I'd never buy anything that comes from bungie again. They only want money and care not about the people giving them this money. When you have people constantly complaining about you should probably listen. And they put almost no effort into their expansions it's just money money money to them.

PLEASE TELL ME WHY I SHOULD SPEND ANYMORE MONEY WITH YOU WHEN YOU FAIL TO HONOR EXISTING ORDERS.
I now demand a full refund as you obviously have no intention of
sending out the goods purchased

Complete trash…. This company never answers any emails I send then directly or through their site. It doesn't even notify you it has been delivered or anything… Honestly in 2018 I would figure there would be halfway decent customer support.. it really is pathetic! Every other company at least give you the courtesy of acknowledging you.. I have waited a week and haven't heard a single thing.

4 stars due to the fact that Destiny 2 is keeping my mind off of losing a loved one to alzheimers. But -4 with their store. No way to contact literally anyone for help or to get information on an order whether its been processed or shipped. Work on your customer service skills with the store. And keep up the good work with D2.

Release Forsaken separately! Bungie SUCKS!! Obviously they could care less if they lose customers. My son was looking forward to D2: Forsaken expansion. Now he can't play it because unlike the previous 2 expansions, Bungie apparently does not want to release this one separately. Asshats!!

I give them only 4 stars because of competitive crucible. I'm not a very good player for pvp but I love the game.I hope bungie to do something whit players who abandon the game…because of this I lose a lot of points…or valor rank to be for player not for team.

Bought an expansion pass when I pre ordered the game thinking it would cover me for docs for the rest of the game in when in actual fact it covers you for 11 months then you need to spend 拢35 per dlc after that or 拢60 for the next annual pass
Also I have purchased 3 coppies already for 3 users on 3 ps4s will not be purchasing any more DLCs from bung ie and will not be buying any more destiny games either for the same price as the second annual pass I can buy another 1 or 2 games which don't use the scumbag tactic of misleading their customers
