Upon inquiring about a domain to purchase from this seller, I was treated with some of the worst customer service of my life. I sent a concise email outlining what I intended to offer for the domain, along with the knowledge that it had failed to sell for sometime; hoping this would help my negotiating.

The CEO and Founder of the company immediately responded, with some of the rudest and unprofessional dialog I had ever seen. "That's not the way that works. Sorry, that's not a thing. Not even close. :)" she said.

I'm sorry I don't know the way "it works", or what's "not a thing". But clearly if this is how the Founder and CEO responds to a sales prospect, the site is not legitimate nor professional.

  1. After my initial attempt to reply to a lowball and insultingly-worded offer with humor was ill-received; this was my second reply to the above individual:

    “Usually when an inbound comes from a gmail address without identification and gives an extremely low-ball, one might say insulting, offer, one assumes they aren’t serious or are scammers. If you are serious and I misread the situation, I certainly apologize. I’d be happy to share more information with you on xxxxxx.com and discuss what might be a reasonable win/win offer.”

    Turns out, he had no intention of tendering a serious offer. I ultimately sold the domain for my client for nearly 100x what the person above offered in his original email. I invite you to read reviews and testimonials from actual clients here: BuckleyMedia.com/testimonials
