Today they delivered me outside of the 4-hours window they promised to deliver. They have a reimbursment of delivery cost in these cases … but they only give a voucher for your next order instead of reimbursing the delivery cost of the failed one.
Edit: the delivery arrived with more than 40 minutes delay. The delivery person didn't check the delivery and has not showed me the invoice after I had handed him the pfand.

Around ten items are missing on my first order.
When the delivery person came to deliver, I told him I would like to count all items to see if they're all there, and then he said that he has another delivery so would not have time.
I then called him up ten minutes later explaining the missing items, and he said he did not have this.
As an Edeka only shopper, and a first bringmeister user, I can promise not to use this brand and its services again, no matter their location or pricing, unless this issue is fixed.
