I found this group online and took shot. I needed shelf danglers for a store promotion. I was already behind in my project (my fault). Not only did they do a great job of staying in touch with me, the met their deadline with a few days to spare. Great work and thank you.

Tried calling customer care, left a message and no one ever returned my call. I never received my item after waiting several weeks.

It took me 2 weeks to finalize a proof with them. They said it would take 5 days to produce and 2 days in shipment. 14 days later they tell me they are out of stock after I ordered it nearly a month ago.

Eventhough it is offered on their website 1+ items, my order was never found and after a week of waiting, they finally sent an email stating that my order didn't meet their criteria, and don't even bother talking to customer service very unprofessional.

I ordered some materials that took over four months to receive after I payed up front. After I finally received the materials they ended up being the wrong color and the company refused to help me get the color I originally ordered. Very poor accountability.

I placed and paid an order with a specific delivery date of 9/14 as I needed the items for an event. On 9/12 I called in because I had not received a tracking number and I was 2 days away from requested in hands delivery date.
On that day, the same guy who took my order told me that the item was out of stock and that someone would be calling me. WHAT ???

Someone did call me only to confirm that the item was out of stock and no longer available. After having paid the invoice, approved artwork, requested a specific delivery date, NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME ANYTHING regarding this shipment that was NEVER going to be delivered !

Don't waste y our time or money, this company is not dependable. Buy from a reputable company who is able to fill your orders or minimum inform you of any changes or delays

Purchased item on 3/29. On 4/3 received an email stating item is out of stock until 4/30.
Replied to email and never heard back. Called customer service and was assured item will ship by 4/30. I'll update if I ever get the product.
UPDATE 5/3/18: After three days past 4/30 without a shipment notification, I decided to call Customer Service. Was told she would call vendor and get back to me. When she calls me back she says there's a delay in shipment and they will not receive the item until 4/10. She asked if I want a refund, I said no because I still want the item but would appreciate if she could do something for the inconvenience. She promised she would (no specifics) and I told her I would touch base in a week.

At this point, whether or not I ever receive the item I paid for, I will not be conducting any kind of business with Brilliant Promos again. Truly not worth the hassle.
