I couldn鈥檛 have asked for a better POS system! After shopping around numerous POS systems, I landed on Brilliant. All the positive reviews helped steer me towards Brilliant but it wasn鈥檛 until I got on the phone with a rep and made my decision, it was a no brainer. Their customer service is phenomenal and they know how to keep their customers happy. If your considering Brilliant, allow me to make your decision easier. GET BRILLIANT! You will NOT regret it.

Well, I have to say that I was pretty skeptical about purchasing a point of sale system. I did not want to be taken advantage of, so I had lots of questions and was a doubting 'Thomas'! We finally made the plunge. Our system arrived within 7 days from ordering. It was super easy to set up. We scheduled a training over the phone; set up our system; and began receiving debit/credit card payments! The system has done everything that we have needed it to do. We LOVE our Clover system and the excellent support we have received from Brilliant and Stuart! I just called today after 1 1/2 months with the system and received a call back within 5 minutes to walk me through a question. Wow….I have been impressed! I joked with them about being the most questioning customer ever! I would recommend Brilliant to future customers! Thank you for proving me wrong!!!!!

decided to make painful switch from old electronic cash register to new Clover POS. Brillant POS made it happen! Really starting to come together now that most merchandise is scanned. Credit card is super fast. Employees love it and our customer's really love it. Should have done it years ago. thanks Brillant POS.

Great company, this is my third store with Brilliant POS, very nice system, no lagging, screen touch is very responsive and great customer service.
I used other pos systems in my other stores but the system does not worth a penny.

Jason bell got to be my assigned agent, from the beginning I told him That I have a mini clover and I wanted to upgrade to the bigger clover, flip type which his company is selling on amazon. We spoke several times because I wanted to switch my account once so I wanted to make sure this was done once since it was my first time in retail business. I asked Jason about the fees and this machine that they were selling on amazon he Asked me about the cards I was accepting and the volume I do and he would tell me why this machine is so good and so nice for my business and so on, he would tell me the rates that I would be charged even for the debit cards but he never mentioned even once that this machine doesn鈥檛 accept debit card he kept that fact from me all along until I signed up and paid for the machine, few days later I realized the the machine is not accepting debit card I called clover and they told me this machine is older version and doesn鈥檛 have the chip for the debit card and when I confronted Jason bell about it he denied the whole thing even our conversations about changing my account and having a mini clover although he was telling me that he was honest frequently He kept that fact from me all along because I think they make more money( better percentage rate) if they treat debit cards as credit. I gave Jason couple of chances to rectify the problem, dishonesty but he ignored them all. I鈥檒l never trust him again. I don鈥檛 have very good experience with him , buyer beware.

Jason Bell was completely amazing as my Brilliant POS salesperson. This guy stuck with me for a year as I worked to start up a new business. He was completely knowledgable, walked me through every single cost so that I could understand, and was happy to speak with me any time. I was concerned at first because I found Jason's company online and, you know, you worry about scams. This company is the real deal. As a new, start-up business I didn't know even about what to ask about. Jason held my hand through the whole process. Jason was fabulous very patient and I鈥檓 so sorry if I fended everybody but he was an American with American English speaking it was so nice to speak to somebody that I could understand he was very patient don鈥檛 mean to hurt anybody鈥檚 feelings but it鈥檚 nice when you could understand somebody makes a transaction go along way nobody wants to spend money if you don鈥檛 know what you鈥檙e spending it on
