In March I ordered eye shadow. When I received it one of them was broken. I emailed the the company and they kept telling me to send photos of the broken eye shadow. I have sent 4 photos and still have not heard from them. I emailed them them in June asking for a refund and have not heard for them. I just emailed them twice and the emails bounced back. I will never order for this China company ever again. Shame on you for taking advantage of people.

Ordered from Brilliaire 6th June 2020. Have not received anything as yet! Cannot get hold of them. What a shame that innocent people are relieved of their hard earned money. I live in South Africa and sadly I wanted to start a business with the bottle cutter and at the age of 68 I cannot afford to lose money!

Horrible Horrible company, the Item never arrived. The do not respond to or send a standard email when you ask where the item is and when it will arrive. Has been 6 months now. No Item and they refuse to repay my money. Coplete con!

Don鈥檛 order anything from this company. I placed an order for a phone charger at the beginning of May. I finally received it in the middle of August. I discovered it is coming from China so it will take FOREVER to be delivered. I plugged it in and it doesn鈥檛 work. Apparently you only have 10 to make a claim for a refund or replacement. It doesn鈥檛 show anywhere about this. But I did find out that they don鈥檛 do returns or refunds. They expect you to contact them in 10 days but you have to wait months for the product.

I place an order back in April 4th just as we when in to the COVID-19 lock down, I order the Embroidery Accessories Diamond Tool ordered two of them because the price was a good one. However when I received the order the tool the you need to place the rhinestones on the garment it was not in the pack, I sent a email to the customer service dept. at less six different times and the last time a sent and email I was told there was nothing they could or would do, I told them all I wanted was the tool that was to come with the rhinestones and as of the writing of this reviewers crickets. I ordered the Halo hair extensions on the 30th of April and thought Id surely receive it in a month tops but no.
After 90 days (with a lot of patience) alot of back and forth emails without an offcicial response.
This company is a scam and I have noticed on facevook and other sites that they have very poor reviews.
Seriously, beware of this company and do not purchase nothing with this dodgy business.

I never give reviews, but in this case I felt the need to warn everyone. I ordered Embroider Accessories Diamond Painting Tool and what I received was a little box of tiny sparkles (I鈥檓 assuming this was the 鈥榝ree gift鈥?that was supposed to come with my order). However, I never actually got the tool that I ordered. I have emailed them at least 5 times. The one time I got a response they said that my order was delivered. I replied that yes, there was something that was delivered, but it was not what I ordered. I have yet to get a response. So basically they stole $20 from me. I know it鈥檚 not a lot, but at this point it is the principle of the matter. This company has totally ignored the fact that they did not deliver what I ordered and they still took my money. Do not give them your business.

Same issue as the others. I placed an order on 5/15/20, and now it is 8/13/20, and my order still has not arrived. I have attempted to contact them, and at first they responded by telling me to be patient. Then at about 7 weeks after my order was placed, I demanded my money back, and that pretty much shut them up for good. No response to anymore emails.
If it's any consolation, I also ordered a bike frame from a different company in Wuhan. This was back in February.
I finally received the item in late July. So we might still get our stuff??

Complete garbage, package was sent 2 weeks after order, hasn't arrived still and it's been 3 months.

Will not respond to refund request.

I wish I had checked the reviews out before ordering. I have not received my order as of yet. Have emailed them twice asking about it and have no response as of yet. If I don't get what I ordered or my money back I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and report them. This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Tracking Number is incorrect, it is 2 digits short of what it should be.j

I should have read the reviews. I too was mislead by this company. I ordered something way back in March. The first order they admitted was lost, then said they would resend. Then on July 13th, after many email exchanges, they Said it was delivered and it wasn鈥檛!!!!
I will personally never buy from them again.

Absolutely terrible. Waited nearly 3 months for the product, wrote called several times to no actual response. Finally got the product today and it's the wrong fuel eye shadow. I sent an email requesting a refund. Do not order from here they are awful.

Wish I had looked at these reviews first. SCAM. They take money and send non working tracking numbers. You will be extremely lucky to even get a product from them. Still fighting with them to get my item. Horrible customer service. Number for customer service is in Switzerland so I cant even talk to a real problem. You might as well throw money in the toilet as you will get more out of it than ordering from this awful company

Sorry company!!! Ordered one of their Embroidery tools on 4-30-, still haven't recieved it!!!!I have contacted them several times with no answers…placing a claim with pay pal which is who I paid through!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEM!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

i ordered some nail repair stuff on 12th June not realising it was coming from China. I received a tracking number but it spent a month wandering round China, then nearly a month stuck in Vilnius, Lithuania (why?), finally arrived yesterday. No instructions everything written in Chinese, no response to several e mails to customer support!!! They use China Post which is very slow.

I wish I would have come to Trustpilot first. I ordered some Polygel nails on March 3rd (2020). I wrote them a million times, at one point requesting a refund. Finally, on July 25th, the Polygel shows up… almost 5 months later!!! NO useable instructions, and everything on the containers is written in Chinese. I also did not get what I ordered… sample versions and only one regular sized version. All the same color, instead of the three different colors I purchased.
Will NEVER purchase from these people again.

I ordered the diamond painting tool with gems on April 1st, 2020. I received the jewels but not the tool. I sent an email and was told that the response was so big that I would be receiving the tool at a later date and to watch for shipping. I have sent numerous emails regarding this and only had the one answered. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible dealings with them! Horrible customer service! Emailed customer service again 8/10/20, and they are still not going to correct it but they got their money for jewels and tool!

Ordered product April 17 and just received it today July 23. No instructions how to use the product and fear the product is just a scam. It has a very weird odor won't be using it. Don't order from this company their Customer service sucks and their return policy is "they don't accept returns"

I placed an order March 21st. I reached out after their 15-20 days processing because the package showed it being in California for several days with no movement. After an email, they assured me that they would reship it and guarantee that I get it. Here we are 4 months later and still no merchandise and no refund of my money. This is the worst company EVER to do business with.
