I was honestly scared of what to expect after reading the reviews for this company on Trustpilot and Yelp. It had been several days after I ordered and like others said, they immediately took the money out but there was no notification that anything was sent or tracking.
I received advertisements from them immediately over email, but not any other updates about my order. After about a week I wrote them to ask them the status, and they said that they'd send me the tracking information by the end of the day.
They did, and it seems as if it had already been sent but they hadn't sent me the email to let me know until a little later after the order, because barely a day after that it made it's way to the other side of the United States under 24 hours with standard USPS delivery.
Usually it takes at least 2 days, maybe 3 for things USPS to be sent that way from my experiences with a lot of other mail, and I figure that for whatever reason, they did not send me the tracking or other information sooner until I emailed to ask about it. That was the only odd thing that I noticed.
When it arrived, both of the items that I received were factory sealed and original from Ruger and Kahr respectively, and when I unsealed the package and used those items, they have been fine with no observable issues.
From what I have read, they seem to have had a lot of problems before but with my first time ordering (despite expecting the worst), it turned out to be ok and went smoothly. They may have had a few issues, but it looks like they might be turning things around.
My advice would be to do small orders from them and test it out for yourself to see how it goes, and if you had a bad experience previously, maybe see if they have new compliance or have changed anything and order only little things. Anything that you really need right away that is important I would use your mainstay company for that to be safe, and order only supplemental things here and there. That way you can see whether it is a good or bad experience without taking a gamble or losing out on anything you might need or need right away.
My order was just for a few magazines to add to ones that I already had.
I will order from them again to see if the second time goes as well as the first and either update this review or note whether the second and third orders were good like the first so that you can see if things have been fixed before you order.
After Covid-19 EVERYTHING is touch and go, and another company that has been rock solid for 7 years (won't mention their name here) dropped the ball on me which is why I went to GunMagWH as an alternative. So things can change, but they might have too…I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet, and if you had a bad experience before, maybe see if it's still that way after they cleaned house.

I was able to speak to someone in the marketing department and my issue was rectified. I was so impressed that I placed an additional order.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I had searched extensively for a low-capacity magazine for my Savage 110 rifle so that I could take it hunting, and found one, item 55105, listed on their website as compatible. I received the magazine, and then tried to insert it in my rifle, and it does not fit. I contacted them, and as I had not somehow verified fit without opening the factory packaging, they were absolutely unwilling to help. All this despite the error being on their end. I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Hopefully they will be able to facilitate something.
Again, please do business with a more reputable company, there are many other there.
