Impossible to contact customer service there is a virtual assistant which is not usable at all and you cannot chat with a human at all there is no email address and no phone numbers so if you send a parcel with them and gets lost you have no way to contact them at all

Useless !!!!!!apparently 鈥渁ttempted鈥?delivery when their was 5 of us in the house at the time so obvs would have heard the door payed next day delivery too FUMING

Do not use this disgrace of a company. Youl loose every parcel. You can't contact them or speek to anyone. Then they get "rid" of your item you've sent
Stating its been over 29 days when youv been trying the whole bloody time to get hold of them. Total failed duty of care. With angry recipients paying for items leves us so out of pocket. 拢300 down thanks to this company and not spoken to one human to help. Worst provider I've ever seen. Never use this provider.

Poor delivery service.
Delivery by taxi. Driver not really bothered where parcel went. Very little customer commitment showing on delivery side.

The collection address is Dovecote Manor Care Home, 13-15 Alexandra Road, Southport PR9 0NBthis is were the parcel has to be collected from.
I do not have a tracking number.
