1. Do not give them any photo ID of yourself nor grant them remote access to your pc or android phone via anydesk.
2. If you start asking for your money back or a refund, they stop communicating with you. Try to save a copy of all communications with them externally or print them off.
3. I believe they also send self destructing emails to cover their tracks as I can no longer find any trail of my emails with my 'account manager' in my inbox.
4. If you have fallen for them, report them to regulatory agencies and scam watcher agencies in your country as they will liase with overseas scam watcher agencies as well.
5. Cease all activities with other platforms you may have registered with using the links from the same 'news report' online that brought you to this organisation. You will find that they change ad links and fake news reports often to avoid being reported or detected.
6. If your personal details have been compromised, contact IDCare, all your financial and service providers and put a credit ban on all credit agencies immediately.
