The custom bottle opener was nice amd as ordered. The rest of my order was 2 weeks late after I recieved that order. I emailed to ask about it, then finally got the rest shipped….from BarProducts.com so that don't even make their own gear. They upcharge BarProducts and swindle you, claiming it is craft gear by artists. But they dont make or design or color the gear. Its not craft, customer service was pleasent but not very professional and refused to admit obvious flaws in processing amd billing. Stay away
