BEWARE!!!

Init7/Fiber 7 do not explicitly tell you how you can cancel their services should you move home, or find their services subpar.

Whilst they advertise a 12 month contract, they do not tell you that you can only cancel the contract min 2 months before the end of the contract.

This is irrespective of the contract being a min 12 months, which they auto renew and apply another new minimum notice period, so after month 11 you can't cancel until month 22.

Should you wish to cancel when moving home etc, they will not refund the unused portion of the contract unless you retain their services or pass them onto a new subscriber (but why would you do this to even your worst enemy).

Not explicitly explained at time of order, or referenced, just hidden away so there is a huge lack of transparency.

Customer service is also exceptionally rude, and takes a blame game to you the client rather than any commercial view or common sense approach.

I only found this out after trying to move after using the company for 23 months…..

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Switched from Swisscom InHome to Init7 Fiber a couple of months ago. Financially it was a no-brainer. Five times higher bandwidth at 30% lower cost. I still need a land line so Init7 steered me to SIPcall. Setting it all up took a little time (I already had fiber in the house). The help line at Init7 was very patient and really concerned that I get their product working. You won't get that kind of assistance from Swisscom. The product has been working fine and it delivers the promised bandwidth.

Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST SERVICE EVER!

They guarantee you get the promised bandwidth, but when they don't deliver and if you have the nerve to complain, they cancel your contract.

For the past two months I have had the absolut worst internet connection of my life. I would literally be better off with two cans connected by string.

INIT7 can go fnck themselves!
