Save your money especially if you are from the UK! I have used many extensions and the hair quality of these are the worst ever, it matts and sheds an extreme amount and it's just not worth the money… they also don't post the negative reviews on the website which is why all the products have great reviews on their site.

The colors they show in the pictures aren鈥檛 the same you get. When you try to exchange, they tell you it isn鈥檛 possible because of COVID, but they offer you a discount code. I mean I鈥檝e just lost $51!
They meant I just could give the pony tale to a friend. Save your money, don鈥檛 shop there.

I've ordered a ponytale to Switzerland but after 1 1/2 Months they told me, that my package have been lost in transit and that I may file a claim on my package.
They were very nice, helpful and really fast in answering!
But around 2 months i've finally recieved my order.

I ordered 2 ponytails & the 20鈥?clip in extensions for volume and a little bit of extra length and I鈥檓 in LOVE. I made the mistake of not colour matching via Instagram DM鈥檚, however once I matched my own hair colour to the extensions I can鈥檛 even stress enough how nicely they blend & the thickness is on point. I have SUUUPER thick hair and they literally look like my hair when you put them in properly!! I haven鈥檛 had hair extensions since I was in grade 9?? (Too long ago for me to admit lol) but comparing to what I remember these are the best I鈥檝e ever purchased! Highly HIGHLY recommend!! (just suggest getting colour matched first 馃ぃ)
They also refunded my express shipping as it did not come on time for an event I was hoping to wear them at after I complained about shipping (it took soooo long to clear customs not the company鈥檚 fault but I didn鈥檛 know what was happening!!) so impressed with INH :)))

I have three ponies from INH Hair so far: The mixed brown Ariana, and two mixed brown Miyas (for styling purposes).

Personally I have a huge collection of both human hair and synthetic ponies and INH are really giving the human hair ones a run for their money! I love the permed texture as it offsets the synthetic feel of the ponies, they honestly don't feel as nice as human hair ones but that is just unavoidable when buying synthetic. As far as synthetic ponies go, they are really really worth buying.

I have no experience with their returns procedure as I was happy with my products, but not having ANY returns policy is, as far as I know, illegal and against consumer rights. A problem I have encountered with many online hair purchases is wanted to return due to quality but being unable to do so due to the 'once you've opened it, you own it' rule they all seem to have. If INH hair want to be truly better than their competition they need to rectify this issue and come up with a solution. Perhaps sending a small 'sample' along with any purchase so you can feel the texture and see the colour of the hair you've bought properly without needing to open it. I know some shops do a swatch / return thing, but who has time for that honestly.

Overall INH have a great product but need to streamline their customer service / returns procedures, add more colour shades to their selection, and work with maintaining the quality and feel of the hair they sell as that is what truly sets them apart.

I am writing this so people like me who are tight on money don鈥檛 make the same mistake as me..

let me start off by saying the positives: they deliver quickly, have cute packaging, and their customer service are quick and helpful. i watched so many youtube reviews on their ponys so i was super confident before purchasing. however, the product and refund policy…. yikes.

So i must have accidentally selected the wrong color because i was first sent a very very light color far from my hair and i guess it was marked in my order. i bit the bullet and reached out and they said they wouldn鈥檛 accept and exchange (even if it was unopened) due to health regulations. but they did give me a promo code that would make my order total $15 for the next purchase instead of $55 like my last purchase. Ok, cool.

so they send me the color i do chose and.. it is NOTHING like the photo. the color is do off mostly because of the quality of the synthetic hair. it literally looks like barbie hair! you can totally tell the ponytail is synthetic. i have ordered synthetic hair before and it is blendable and soft. but this hair got knotted so easily and started shedding when i went to brush it. there is also super short pieces on the inside (not sure if that鈥檚 intentional or not) and the clip/velcro is super insecure. no matter how tight you think you secured it, you鈥檙e going to need 5-10 bobby pins or else it will begin to droop down and detach. compared to other ponys, theirs only has one clip in the front instead of one in the front AND back.

All in all i am so disappointed because i was so excited to wear it and even color matched my hair to the photo perfectly.. the quality is worth $15 at most. you can find a better pony off amazon! save your money, because they also have a no refund policy. shocker.
