April May June call for the general Sales manager Jarret failed to return calls called Lee鈥檚 three times a week left him a message on his extension 108 as well as giving message to the warranty department the girl left him text messages. only assumption that could be made is that is a piss poor manager And no concept of customer service whatsoever Had a brand new 19 Seer 2 stage Goodman High end AC unit the Compressor and board Both were dead out of the box no one knew how to troubleshoot it not even Goodman Or Ingram Technical support person knew what they were doing. Bill at East Coast distributors technical support pro was the only one that knew what they were doing. Everyone else we鈥檙e Incompetent idiots It took 2 1/2 months to get the unit replace Less than a week after I got a hold of East Coast Distributors technical support person name Bill Munger They鈥檒l get a five star plus for knowledge speediness and customer relations a ingram doesn鈥檛 get anything Other than goose eggs
