I purchased an item reluctantly online-and had a very strong feeling that This dodgy company will mess me up-I was correct.
No attempt at delivery was made. I haven鈥檛 received my item. They鈥檙e claiming that I should contact the post office in regards to a tracking number-I wasn鈥檛 even sent a tracking number-so how the hell am I meant to chase this up?
They charge a ridiculous amount for delivery-so a product that should鈥檝e been less than 拢20 has cost me nearly 拢30
Absolutely fuming
They鈥檝e stolen my money and I haven鈥檛 received anything- something that was purchased in September

Excellent customer service. I emailed them with an enquiry and they got back to me within the day. They helped me redeem a voucher online, that originally could only be spent in stores, simply through a few emails.

Emailed them twice. Made contact on their web page no response.
I鈥檓 left with Christmas vouchers for make overs which can鈥檛 be used. Their website is still functioning. All I want is for them to redeemable online.

Terrible customer service! I purchased the runaway lipgloss from the maura x inglot collection, and when I opened it I saw it was nearly empty.I emailed inglot complaining, and when they eventually responded I was told that there was the same amount in it, just because it was clear lipgloss it was more obvious. I have other lipglosses from the collection that clearly have way more product in them so this is just a terrible excuse. Never again will I ever purchase another inglot product I am absolutely disgusted.

Well what can I say! What an absolutely amazing service I have received from Jenny at Inglot. I had a problem with processing my payment online and had to ring to sort the issue, from start to finish Jenny was professional, extremely helpful and dealt with my problem immediately. I would highly recommend Inglot as the products are high end quality professional products and the customer service is second to none…. Excellent

The Inglot website is full of error messages. I got charged twice for the same product . When I tried to purchase, I did not get taken to the HSBC secure payment site, it gave me an error message and instead sent me back to the website where the product was still in my cart with the sign up discount. There were no purchases on my inglot account. I then successfuly purchased the product through paypal and my Inglot account reflected this one purchase. I have now been charged twice for the same product on both paypal and my bank account, which I did not formally authorise. A bit shocked by this as Inglot is an international company. It seems that their website is not a secure place to purchase. I am still waiting for any reply, I have emailed three times via their contact form . Completely disappointed . Their website is awful and their customer service seems non existent. So much hassle for one little product, I won't be ordering from them again. Please contact me Inglot and refund my money.

Another top favourite site to order from and never had any issues from!! Everything always arrived prompt and perfection! Only complain would be is the products are small towards the price but I suppose if ur paying or quality that's ok. Also the site is great if u hate going into their stores too!! 鈽猴笍
