strange account registration procedures and too many documents and codes to sms sent

what about the same code sent to the email adress on file, that's not possible because a phone line is better?

they insist to use phone lines and the sms for an online internet banking
so they provide a phone line banking, not an internet banking

Very bad service I opened an online bank account in Germany, for it to be operational I had to wait almost two months. I was not informed about the status of my application. I had to travel from one city to another to have a personal contact and be able to verify my identity documents, because the system implemented on its website was not suitable for citizens of Peru. Really ridiculous that a bank's system doesn't have some countries in its system.
