ING BANK makes changes to to the way money may be taken from accounts with out consultation or informing clients before doing it, worse those in other countries can not go to a branch to do anything about it, something that must leave them keeping some peoples money, while they hold others money for longer. The London branch just says go to the Dutch office ( which did not even respond ), as it is not London's job.
They require changing passwords every few months, a few customers must make mistakes here, not remembering the new password, so again they will be able to keep our money some times only for a short time but some times never get it back. Further this must be a godsend to those who want to hack / takeover accounts.
An other change was to add charges to the account of those living abroad, with out warning, or the ability to change regular Dutch payments or to get another Dutch bank. I wish I had never joined this bank. I am 70 years old & need my pension which they now have.
It is hard to find an email address, only with the help of an expert could I get any where. Then when emailing their main address I was first told to wait for their answer. Then: No chance or (as I paste ): "Op dit e-mailadres kunt u niet reageren. Deze e-mail wordt dan ook niet in behandeling genomen" . I could phone, but as I tried to email them that was useless. & I should like proof of what I emailed. Other emails were not even acknowledged, or the addresses were no longer in use.
They claim there is a way to work out the email address of the CEO, but even then my email was rejected by their automated system.
Has any one any idea what to do?
