I am angry. Due to credit card abuse I was illegally charged an amount of almost 300 EUR. I immediately complained about the booking and filed a complaint. Now, a few weeks later, the same amount is debited again without the possibility of complaints in online banking. Once again, I have to look for the telephone PIN in my documents every time I call, torture myself through the telephone hotline and laboriously reclaim my money. What is this?
