Charged my card 1/6/2021 order records disappeared but the charge to my card did Not! I have called & left messages sent numerous emails & still, no one will contact [email protected] all! This is the 1st time that I've had any problems with them. My order # is 1003667631. It's a good thing that there are many reputable companies selling supplements as it appears that this one has gotten too big to operate in a legitimate manner!

Ripped off…I placed an order for 3 of their products Tuesday 7th July 2020 and did not receive an order confirmation, yet the money was taken from my account, tried to contact via their messaging service over the past 2 days with no reply. $745 Aust out of pocket.

In a time when Evil wants to deceive the masses, I find it refreshing Infowars brings us TRUTH and great products! I highly recommend not only their products, but also listening to the shows. God and Jesus Christ are REAL, and Alex promotes both. Lets SAVE humanity not have it run by A.I. Satanic robots!!

They have some great products. The Iodine I put up my nose to protect against viral infection, and the B12 really hits you hard (gives you an immediate energetic boost). They have some stuff I don't really think are impressive, too, such as their "Living Defense" product (I went through three bottles and it didn't get rid of my parasites–I admittedly did forget a few days so maybe that is why it failed, but I am convinced Global Healing's analogous product, Paratrex, is superior), but I just don't buy those. The NanoSilver toothpaste is amazing–I just leave it on after brushing (spit any excess out), and do not rinse, and my mouth is like a wasteland for bacteria (there's just nothing growing there–nothing to worry about!).

I am in the UK so have to pay through the nose for these products…international shipping, VAT and import tax and the best of all, I have to pay the post office for the privilege of collecting the tax. As a therapist I could buy products in the UK at wholesale prices. So with all these negatives, why on earth would I buy from Infowars. Well…they are quality products. There is nothing like the deep earth iodine that I have discovered anywhere else. I have always received the correct products…every time. No mistakes. Always well packed. Very happy with the products and recommend them to my clients. Plus I support the need for a free media and investigative journalism. When I first listened to Info wars, I thought Alex was rather crazy but I kept listening. So many of the things he said came true and the accuracy of their research is top notch. No-one is 100% right but the Jones team must be well in the 90s. So it's double bubble for me. Great products whilst supporting an excellent media organisation

THESE ARE NOT TROLLS AND I HAVE EMAILS FROM "STEPHANIE" to PROVE THAT THIS IS REAL AND THESE COMMENTS ARE TRUE! I placed an order over a month ago and don't need it now; been trying to email them, call them, can only leave voicemails. Then suddenly 1 month to the DATE! My orders now changed from processing for a month to shipped and delivered! Do you think I have a package?! NOPE!! I'm pissed and have reported them to the CFPB, and sharing my experience with every social media outlet! Is it that hard to cancel and refund?! ***pissed consumer- not a damn Troll!!!

WHY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM INFOWARS STORE AGAIN
1. Customer Service, according to customer service (in October 2019) stated that there are only three people working in "customer service
2. Instead of holding the amount on your card that you spend, like basically every website and store, Infowars.com holds twice the amount you spend.
3. Infowars uses a third party to handle overflow calls as an order line only. Waiting to speak to anyone in that department is at least 15-20 minutes or more to speak to anyone in that department. They are rude and unprofessional. Their management is also rude and unprofessional.
4. Unlike basically every other website, if you creates an account on the Infowars store, you cannot delete it yourself. Only a few weird, fishy websites bury the delete option deep on their site in hopes you won't find it and give up. Infowars does not even offer that! Instead you have to call customer service, not the order line, if you call the order line they will tell you that you have to call customer service. There are no other phone numbers. However, customer service almost never answers the phone, and instead it goes straight to voicemail. It took me many hours over many days of constantly calling to finally get a hold of someone, that's some grade A customer service there. When I finally did get a hold of someone, she informed me that there are only three people working in customer service, and that there is not a way for a customer to delete their own Infowars store account, but that I have to now send an email. It turns out NOT even customer service can help! However, it turns out it's not a simple email, you then get a reply email with more instructions on a form to fill out, then after submitting that and someone reviewing it, then the account is supposedly deleted, I hope.
By the way, as of November 2019 all reviews of infowars products have been removed from the website. Also the ability to leave a review has also been removed.
A few years ago, Alex Jones stated on his radio program that his customer service use to be horrible, but he has learned how important it is, and now it's really good. He has not learned how important it is, it's really bad

I've ordered from Infowarsstore.com several times, and rarely have a problem.
A couple of times I received the wrong items, and after contacting customer service they promptly sent out the correct items at no extra charge. You're in good hands if you order from Infowarsstore.com!

I bought a bottle of Super Male Vitality to try and after 11 days of regular use (twice a day, as recommended), no noticable difference to to my health, energy, stamina, performance or anything of the like. The bottle is over half gone after 11 days, so I'm skeptical that there are truly 48 servings (24 days) in each bottle. At $60 (sale price) per bottle, that equates to $3/day or $1100/year, if you buy it on sale!!!! I cannot afford that, even if it did provide positive results. After reading so many positive reviews, I was optimistic that this would be a fantastic product, but it's just another gimmick, a very expensive one! There is so much more I can do with $1100/year!

Be careful if you buy drugs/supplements from Infowars. They haven't been tested throughly and the recomended dosis on the containers are too high whitch can lead to some more severe side effects. For example does the label on Survival Shield x-2 recomend a serving of three drops per day containing 1950 micrograms of iodine. That is 1300% of the daily recomended dosis. The maximum daily dosis of iodine is 400 micrograms, taking more than that can lead to some severe side effects so be careful please.

Okay, I watched infowars for awhile (off and on for a few years). I like them, so I will get that bias out there now. After Trump won I ordered from infowars because I just did, I wanted to. My order didn't come at first, and I did find it a little bit different in terms of getting ahold of customer support ( i admit i got frustrated I felt "betrayed" and thought about putting them on blast everywhere online)… however once I got help( it was about 3 days wait) then 3 agents contacted me. They showed me my tracking on my first order and where it went missing. They resent my a new order ( i didnt get a new order number or tracking number and it made me nervous) TODAY my order came (yay! so my total wait time was 31 business days) and I felt i needed to write this and tell my story because I almost left you a negative review ( 2 times) once yesterday but then I said " no I will wait a bit longer to be fair" I am so glad I did wait and not put you guys down. Thank you infowars store for restoring my faith in your show and your customer service! I will try not to take it so personal next time and get "triggered" lol thanks again guys for everything you do i know pgate was messed up and it is hard to stare into the abyss.. God bless! PS. i feel like some people may have "jumped the gun" and left negative reviews because they got frustrated felt betrayed.. I almost left a bad review too! but I bet lots of people try to troll infowars and they have to make it a little bit harder to have direct easy contact with their employees!) in conclusion make the effort and be patient if you have trouble, customer service are people too!)

I have ordered from this company several times. And they always throw in some fun stickers and goodies for free. There is always a surprise in my package, which usually arrives earlier than expected. Best of all I know all funds from purchases are going toward a good cause. The fight to take America back from corporations!

I've ordered with infowars many times before, this time around I ordered another food supply kit. Unfortunately, I received the incorrect one. The moment I reached out to infowars customer service, Andrea responded quickly and made sure to get my order corrected. She was very friendly and helpful in the entire process and I received my correct order within 4 days of sending my email. I've never had any discrepancies with infowars orders before, and it was clearly an honest mistake – so it's not a big deal to me, I just want you all to know that infowars will be right there to make things right with a friendly demeanor. Thanks Infowars! I've already placed another order for more of your incredible products!
