The loading bars are pretty annoying. It doesn't seem like a website search needs that amount of processing to find results. Seems more like a deception tactic. I have not read my requested report yet so can't comment on that.

It was easy to set up. The language of getting first service for 3.95 and reoccurring payment 19.95 month was easy and written in plain language. What made me set up right away instead of putting off, was the words "you can cancel anytime". Just because of this I intend to keep this for a long time. Thank you.

Easy to use and powerful searching tool. Found what I was looking for and even more within a few minutes. The only exception being probate records, I did not find these.

It's a good place to start what or who you looking for love it cause you got so many choices and information

Your subscription trap sucks! You should offer 1-and-Done service, even if it's more expensive, with the possibility to opt-into a subscription.

Good so far. Glad I caught the $19.02 charge starting in 7 days. Cancelling in a few minutes. That approach is slimey AF.
