Had a problem with a hacked hotmail email. Googled "hotmail support" and it came back with a phone number to call for Contact Hotmail Support. I called and was 10 minutes into the discussion when I became suspicious when they wanted to install software on my computer to connect to it and find network security issues. When I asked how much and was told over $200 and said that wasn't possible, they hung up. This is NOT Microsoft / Hotmail support and is a scammer/hacker waiting to prey on under-informed people.

Their phone number comes up as hotmail customer support, and upon calling them, they attempt to 'fix the virus' on your computer by taking it over remotely.
