I really think Trustpilot should give the option of negative stars because the employees at this company are not helpful! they took away the car rental, with 2 different excuses and nobody is picking up our calls or returning our emails, I have left several voicemails asking to get contacted by a manager… and nothing. I just started this insurance company in January this year, thinking I was making a smart move. If you are planning to change to this company, DONT! Jessica Martin, John Ory, and 3 others I called and nobody has called back, but they put in their notes that they have been calling us. Cus I spoke with one manager who couldn't help but saw the notes. No voicemails. Nothing!!!! we are without a rental and without information!

On Saturday, August 1, 2020. I had an accident while I was waiting at a red light when someone hit me by the left back of my car, a Toyota Corolla 2017. I called that day to report the accident. Infinity took the Report and told me that the adjuster will call me as soon as possible. He called until Monday and took my report again. I told him that I had some upper back pain problems and some of the people like my nephew, who is sixteen years old, who was where the other car hit us had a back pain problem too. The Claims Adjuster named Jonathan Lopez did not send us to the doctor to check up, and the only thing he did was to send me to one of your bodyshops to get the estimate outside of the vehicle.
I took the car to the body shop. They did not open the car or did something to check the damage like the left back door that was unable to open. They just looked at the damage outside and gave me an estimate of 1473.63 dollars. The car was really damaged. The parts they value were not the original parts from Toyota. I decided to take the car to an independent body shop for the check up.
I called several times to the adjuster, Jonathan, and he did not answer my calls till three days after. He said that the estimate was lower than my deductible and he closed the case. I think it was unprofessional and irresponsible to close the case without taking me to the doctor and without checking my car in depth. The independent bodyshop estimate 5900. It was way more your estimate.
The body shop does not want to start working until I pay them because they have a lot of troubles with Kemper and other insurance. I have only one car and I need it to work, I will fix my car once I get in a vacation because I need my car and I do not want to get the bus and risk my health due to Covid or rent a car while the car is two weeks or a month in bodyshop while they are waiting to get paid by the insurance or the unprofessional and irresponsable adjuster. I am paying for that car and the full coverage insurance is mine, I paid for it and the responsibility to get the car fixed is mine. I have been in your company over a decade and it is the first time I get in an accident and I felt secure with you but this is a slap on my face because I feel betrayed by the people who work in this company. I feel insecure due to the irresponsibility and the lack of professionalism from your adjusters and the people who work there. I do not feel any trust anymore and I won't send my car to a body shop before I get my check. I paid for full coverage to get my car covered when this thing happened. I did not receive any medical assistance and we had to go to a massage therapist to reduce the pain and pay for medicine for the back pain and headaches. I never got the medical attention I paid for it in the insurance.

I had an accident in which the vehicle was a total loss, I suffered a broken vertebra. Infinity denied me coverage based on a technicality that was NOT in my policy.
The adjuster, Shana L., refused to disclose how she made the decision, and no appeals process was made available to me. Infinity did not even offer to have a second person look at my claim.
I have to pay more than $30K (including car payments and medical costs) for my accident. It is absolutely shameful how they conduct business with such utter contempt for transparency or honesty.

I had some damage that I didnt know ins covered and they handled it fairly easily. I had pulled too far forward in a parking spot, and caused damage to my radiator mounts. I made the claim, I called a couple of times, but within two days the adjuster was out had given their report. A few hours later my car was being towed to the shop they suggested. Which turned out to be a great shop- I had a very positive experience with these people and I have never used this insurance before now

I just also want to say this company is extremely horrible. Please take some time to read their reviews before you purchase insurance. I filed a claim against my Comp and collision policy because I hit something in the road that was unavoidable. My repairs were almost $3000. The adjuster claims he found the parts and labor cheaper and they were only willing to cover about $490. I had my girlfriend go to several shops just to see if it is cheaper than the dealer and all estimates came out to be practically the same and many of the shops stated to keep it at the dealer because we would not do work that complicated. Please take some time to read the reviews before you buy this insurance.

It's a very bad company! I was paying a full coverage policy and one of my family members crush my car and they dont want to cover not even the towing just cuz the person that it was driving is not in the policy but they never told me that if someone that is not in the policy cush the car the policy was not gonna pay for my claim

Infinity auto insures high-risk drivers who are too reckless to afford insurance from legitimate companies and really should not be on the road. They are able to make money only because they ignore claims when their drivers crash into other unsuspecting drivers.
It was months before the adjuster even called me back after making my claim. They paid next to nothing and honestly, it would have been more efficient for me to just pay out of pocket than to waste the dozens of frustrating hours dealing with their lies, deception, and delays for their paltry payout that did not cover the damage.
The company is essentially a sham and state regulators do nothing despite the numerous complaints against this company. They are a detriment to the communities in which they are allowed to operate!
If you are struck by one of their drivers you are going to have to sue to get reasonable treatment, so get organized, keep excellent notes and mop the floors with this fraudulent "company."
Also file your complaint with the state auto insurance commission. They are going to have to stop ignoring the problem at some point and take action. The entire reason liability insurance is legally required is to avoid cases where someone is struck by an at fault driver and ends up paying all of their own medical bills and for their car repair. This company is collected the premiums, but not providing protection to motorists.

At the beginning of May, i asked costumer service to set up autopay(its on my bank statement), and that payment was in fact made, but it never recurred. Is your autopay service the kind i got to callback every month to have it applied again?! No! it does not make sense does it?! So its August now, my last payment was in March (autopayed, its in my bank statement)…! Why was my automatic payment only applied once in March and never again since then?!

I am only giving a 1 because they don鈥檛 have any area for -10. They are horrible, the worst I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of driving, on May 14, 2020 a Company Van they insured ran a red light hitting my husband & I with such force it totaled our truck, luckily we were not injured by the Grace of God. The driver gave his statement claiming all responsibility, & we have an eyewitness, who Infinity Insurance claims,鈥?we could have made up鈥? we had to mail them a copy of the officer鈥檚 video cam & we sent it certified & someone signed for it June 18th, to the adjuster鈥檚 attn & claim # on it & today is June 24th & they can鈥檛 find the certified letter, go figure. Now we will be taking them to court & I left out the fact they tried to use our Insurance to file a claim on a dent in the rear light on their vehicle! They are not efficient nor do they do the right moral thing! Please for your sake, DO NOT USE INFINITY INSURANCE company

I've had this insurance company for a little over 6 months. i set the insurance up for my son. Name is on CC and on the signature page. YES the insurance is under my sons name. I wanted to check to see were i can cut back during the Covid-19 and all i got was they couldn't tell me anything about the policy because its not under my name….okay then they gave me a number to call (all on chat) I called the number and again said the same thing….well today i go new insurance after paying my premium with infinity. i Canceled the insurance and got a new one. I suggest everyone to do the same thing. customer service was awful. if we needed the insurance during this time im concerned my claim would not be handled correctly. being the chat and phone call was not satisfactory.

I have had this insurance for a while now. I have never been late on any payments or anything like that. On January I made a claim and i was assigned an adjustor who did not take care of my problem as he should have. He told me he would take care of everything, he said i did not have to worry about anything at all he said he would keep in contact with me through the whole process and he only called me ONCE! i am so upset that he left the whole thing half way i have been making payments on a car that i don't have anymore because this person decides not to do his job correctly. If i could give 0 stars i would. I have been trying to get in contact with him and his manager for almost a month now. And it has been hell trying leaving messages and calling 10 time a day. And i call customer service and they always just respond with 鈥渋m sorry we cant help you with that call your adjuster鈥?but when i tell them i did already 100 times they just say 鈥渢hen I recommend for you to report them to headquarters鈥?which they wont provide me with a number either. This is so crazy and not cheap at all!

This company delayed payment to my auto body shop and cost me 4 extra days of a car rental, possibly more since I am still waiting for them to pay the auto body company. I spent 3.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue Friday and two more hours Monday. It is still not resolved and I continue to lose money to the car rental agency. They did not care to rush the process since it wasn't costing them money to provide me with a rental.
Terrible customer service, I was redirected to many different agents to deal with the issue and they did not provide me with supervisor's numbers. I will be changing insurance companies when it comes time to renewal.
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10 a month for an insurance company that will save you that money when you are in a crunch and they provide you with good customer service to get your car back in a timely manner.

They honestly don't deserve any stars. A pack of Monkeys could do a better job than these people. They honestly fail to use common sense. They are very difficult to reach and if you do reach them you will regret it. They all sound robotic and dumb at the same time. You are better off not resorting to them for your insurance. All they care about is wasting your time.

Do you want to deal with the worst insurance ever? Then you should work with Infinity! Not only do they takes months to even begin working a claim, they will also make you jump from adjuster to adjuster! And your new adjuster will have no idea what the previous adjuster had done. That's not all folks, they'll offer you THOUSANDS of dollars less than what your vehicle is worth after one of their clients totaled your car. Let's not forget the wonderful customer service, who will either not pick up the phone when you call, or just hang up because they don't feel like helping you! Truly an amazing insurance company! Why go with a company that will care about you or have any sort of moral compass, get infinity! They'll treat you like the petulant child you WANT an insurance company to treat you!

To all the people getting railroaded by this company, contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AN FILE COMPLAINTS. Avoid at all cost, it took 3 weeks to even talk to someone after their client was on the phone an rear ended us ,this insurance has to be the worst insurance of all time , even with police reports, my advice in dealing with them don't, just get a lawyer asap .

I bought inshurins in this company. paid 1,500 for half a year for two cars. full coverage. one day my car drowned. I opened a claim. it has been taking so long I had three appraisers, I spent money on towing 3 timse. The last one who spoke to me was David from the office of 6565 Taft street .suite 100 Hollywood FL 33023. this freeck… Fa…t .Fa…t. Carried out its investigation as if and announced that my case did not pass. these fagots sitting above. management does everything to not pay you money. I am starting a process with a lawyer in this case. they rated the breakdown at $ 65.00. The dealer rated the damage at $ 9.500 as an engine replacement. I start the process with a lawyer.

How does a company like this desire to have structure and follow strict guidelines when its foundation is both poor and weak. This place has no idea of what customer service is because all they do is make excuses. If I were an employee I would never tell people where I work! Please don't tell me to send my concerns to

I had an accident with one of their policy holders on 01/16/20 and have contacted the adjuster several times and still have been given the run. Every time I call it is the same issue that they need some information from their insured before they can clear coverage. I think they should look at my car and give me a rental and they have yet to do it. At this point I need a lawyer to get involved do not appreciate the lack of communication and business not professional at all. The insurer has taken responsibility and is at fault based on their statement.

My vehicle was hit by one of their customers on November 17th. It took 2 weeks to get a rental car and then a month for them to determine it was a total loss. They still owe me over $1700 and adjuster on my claim is now on a leave of absence. His supervisor has blocked my emails and refuses to return my call. I'm having to go to my local news channel to see if I can get some help to get this claim closed. This is truly an awful company. The very first adjuster I had advised me "she only works Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and she's very over worked plus their insureds come first." Good luck to anyone who has to work with them. Just go straight to an attorney or your local news channel to help you. Also I get the email address to his supervisor and he blocks my messages. I have been reading through all these reviews and have to laugh as infinity is always saying once you contact them they will have someone call you back. This is a complete lie. I have been calling daily Monday to Friday for weeks with no response.

The Worst company EVER ! I got into an accident from a client of this company that had the fault and NEVER cared that I was at 12 weeks pregnant and my car was at total loss. Communication for updates on my claim is poor, they never pick up their phones nor return phone calls. I've left multiple messages since the day of the accident with multiple people and yet have not received a check for my car nor have I received reimbursement for towing and storage. The excuse was " we are still investigating this case" when my insurance company recieved all information needed within 2 days of the car accident. Worst insurance company EVER !

Claim (# 20003616736). The repair shop called me over a week ago and told me that my car was ready. Which is good news, except that they can't release it to me yet because Infinity has not issued the payment. It's been over 2 months since I had the accident, at this rate it'll be 3 months before I get my car back.

Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.
