So, I dreaded the process of purchasing a new vehicle, so I began my search online. I was interested in a couple of pre-owned vehicles at Infiniti of BR so I sent an email to the internet dept. David contacted me quickly and he began helping me find the perfect vehicle for my family. When I went to the dealership for a test drive, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The entire process was so simple and easy!! I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received and will continue to do business with them.

I am on my 2nd Infiniti car that I bought from Infiniti of BR. My salesman, Matt Hornsby, was so great the first time, that I went right back to him the second time!! He made the whole car-buying experience/process so smooth and a lot less stressful that I had prepared myself for. Matt was very knowledgable on infiniti cars and always professional. The other day, I sent Matt a text to tell him thank you again. When I ride in my G37 down the road, with my sunroof open and my radio blasting….I truly enjoy it and I thank Matt and Infiniti of BR for that!!!

I just bought my vehicle, so not sure what to expect; so far, the sales experience with Kerry Lockett was very good, and on my first service visit – unscheduled – everyone I was exposed to did their best to bet me taken care of…..

David was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure for the sale and he went out of his way to make our decision and the vehicle purchase smooth! Will definitely purchase our next vehicle from David & Infiniti of Baton Rouge!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying from Acura/Infiniti of Baton Rouge. From start to finish, the process was easy, fun, time efficient, and professional. I was treated like a queen, and the car was perfect. The little things like offering me waters, to having my car SPOTLESSLY cleaned, to a full tank of gas cannot be overlooked. John, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and had us in my car in no time. There was ZERO hassle, confusion, or pressure from anyone. You can quickly tell that the mentality at Acura/Infiniti of Baton Rouge is like no other. They are not out to sell you just a car, they are there to make sure you are happy. I HIGHLY recommend shopping at Acura/Infiniti and will do so again in the future.

Kerry Lockett was my sales rep. He introduced me to the Infiniti G37 and made the negotiation process easy. I am very satisfied with the deal, value of my trade and customer service after the sale. I would recommend Infiniti Of Baton Rouge to anyone who is looking for a quality luxury car at a fair price.

I just bought a car from Acura of Baton Rouge and was extremely impressed with their entire car buying experience. My sales associate was Julie Pizzalato. She went over and beyond to help make this my smoothest and most freindly car buying experience I have had. I am out the area and drove in to buy the vehicle. Julie was very knowledgable of the vehicle and took her time to answer all my questions. She did not rush me nor make me feel as if she was too busy. From start to finish and every where in between I can honestly say that you can see that this is a Family run business. Mike Hammack, the business manager, also came out to answer my questions and helped in addressing all my questions as well. At no time was I left hung out to dry. PJ the finance manager was just as welcoming as well. I will be passing on their good name and my positive business experience with them to all my friends and collegues, as I was truly happy with the entire process. Please give them a shot if you are looking to purchase a vehicle as you will see how well you are treated as I did.
