So this Nissan / Infiniti finance is in the business of destroying customer's credit history more than lending money and carrying about consumer loyalty to the brand they represent! I've been fighting with them, asking to remove 30 days late notice on my credit report when in reality, my check did not get to them on time due to holidays and my online banking was few days past due.

No attempt to resolve it with me by a phone call or email and they went straight to the credit bureaus and reported me being late 30 days, when in reality it was just few days.

BECAUSE OF THIS CRAP – I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INFINITI OR NISSAN IN MY LIFE AND THIS WAS MY 4TH PURCHASE OF NEW INFINITI !!!! THIS IS HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN BRAND!!!!!!!

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INSULTING TO CUSTOMERS, REP TOLD ME TO NOT COMANDING HIM TO GET ME A SUPERVISOR, HE REFUESED TO CONNECT ME TO THE MANAGER SAYING THERE NOBODY HERE RIGHT NOW!!!! WWF????

ON TOP OF THAT MY LEASE IS SET TO EXPIRE IN MAY of 2021 AND I ALREADY PRE PAID $9K FOR IT SO I DON'T HAVE TO EVER HEAR ABOUT THIS CRAP AGAIN!!!!
