No issues so far. Nick was great to work with. Never pushy and provided me with a great price that worked with my budget. It has been six months so far and I have not had a breakdown yet so I cannot speak on their claims process as of today.

Infinite Auto Protection covered by Ford Escape repairs. I was broke down on the highway so I called infinite and they found me a tow truck to get my car towed to the dealership. The tow truck wasn't covered but it was nice to have them help me when I was in need.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY! I have had coverage for more than a year and a half and the first time I put a claim in thru the Dodge dealer, the denied both claims. These people know what they are doing. They just want your money, but they dont want to pay out anything. Read your contract before you buy. The first part looks great, then you get to the bottom and the exclusions basically negate all the covered items. The customer service is horrible. The entire place sounds like it is being run by a bunch of ignorant teenagers. Spend your money on a better company.

All warranty coverage seems to be the same. Difference is price and if they will actually cover your repair. This company covered my claim.

It will be a miracle if the pay a claim. If they do there will be a lot of haggling and uncalled negotiations. I take my car to dealer for maintenance and they have refused all legitimate claims without providing any reasoning. My mistake we got suckeredin buying two warranties from them. Unless I get their written report for their denial reasons I am going to take all the legal actions available to me for as long as it takes. I have 4 years left on a warranty, hope I never have to use it again because I know they won't pay and fight each time.

Not impressed. Would not recommend this company for an extended warranty for any reason. I needed some repairs and they wanted to send their own parts and only pay a portion of what the shop was charging. I then sold my vehicle towards the end of February and was told my refund would be 3 to 4 weeks out. At the very end of May i finally received my refund amount and it was $300+ short. I asked them to review it and it has been almost 2 weeks now and no word yet. I was told all of it is because of COVID-19. I am being told they are following the order that the requests came in, but no one can tell me how far down the list I am or give me any idea as to when to expect my refund. I understand a couple weeks delay due to COVID, but not 3 or more months. It sounds like this is common. I have tried being patient but am not getting anywhere. Even after i sign the document for my refund, if ever, they say it will be another 12 – 14 business days to receive my refund even though it has already taken so long. Sounds to me like they are trying to hold on to other peoples money for as long as possible. Avoid buying an extended warranty from Infinite Auto Protection.

Just had my 2017Volvo XC90 in for a alternator repair , but it took one week until we got approved, My estimate from the Repair shop was 1300.00 and they only paid $613 Now I am stuck with almost 700 bill ,doesn鈥檛 make any scene I thought the point of having a Warrenty was to be covered for any breakdowns, disappointed 鈽癸笍

I traded my vehicle in that was covered with their warranty the first week of Feb. I completed all the required paperwork to get a refund for the policy. Didn鈥檛 hear anything called back was told my odometer readings didn鈥檛 match. They had mixed up my file with someone else鈥檚. I walked them through it she agreed they messed up. Finally after a month got an email with the amount they calculated for the refund and shld rcv it in 12-14 days. 5 weeks later still no refund and all I get is they will pass the message into billing.

UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT A EXTENDED WARRANTY HERE FOR MY CLA 250 MERCEDES THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD MY MERCEDES IS BEEN IN THE DEALER FOR 2 DAYS THEY TRY TO CALL ALSO ME AND NO BODY PICK THE PHONE LONG PERIOD OF TIME WAITING ONE TIME 30 MINUTES THE NEXT DAY 45 MINUTES NO BODY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT THEY SAY SOMEBODY CALL BACK TO THE DEALER AND NO BODY CALL YET THIS IS MY 3 DAY WAITING FOR SOMEBODY CALL THE DEALER AND GET APPROVED TO FIX MY CAR !!! I DONT HAVE A CAR I HAVE TO RENT ONE !!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars!! Never using this company again! I have had my contract for almost a year now and this is my first claim. My car has been in the shop for over a week now and they still have not approved the claim. The inspector went to check my car on Wednesday, it is now Friday and still no update. Without the claim being approved I can not get a rental car and expect to be reimbursed because they only reimburse you once labor has started. Nice to know this is how they treat active duty military members. I have been Ubering to base for over a week now and just losing money.

A aftermarket air intake and lowering of the vehicle would not cause the damages the vehicle sustained. It's good for your customers to know you can not afford to fix high end vehicles though and this should be addressed when people inquire about using your company. Isn鈥檛 the purpose of an extended warranty to cover any problems that arise no matter how many at a time? That still doesn鈥檛 address why it took so long to get authorization for the work to be done or for a rental as authorized by my contract.
It ha snow been over a week since I out in to cancel my contract and get a refund and have not heard anything back.
This company has lousy customer service!!

First off, don鈥檛 expect your claim to approved quickly. They have approval guidelines and if have kept all your service records and honored the other guidelines in the contract you are ok. They are very slow approving it. In my case it took them 4 weeks which is extremely too long but if you read the contact thoroughly they actually have 60 days. So don鈥檛 expect a quick fix if your car breaks down. But they did pay my claim and for that I鈥檓 very thankful.

Not only is my vehicle protected, but the amount of flexibility I have through Infinite Auto Protection is the real reward. There isn't any other provider out there like them. I won't be switching anytime soon because I haven't been able to find another vehicle protection policy as competitive or similar to theirs.

The benefits you get by paying for a warranty with this company are infinitely better than others out there. The rates are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you. It's possible to avoid high interest payments and have a deductible that makes sense for your financial situation. Going with them from the start will avoid headaches and worries long term.

What a horrible company! They try to get you to cancel the contract so they don't have to pay. They use the phrase "Pre-Existing" to get try and get out of their paying for a repair. I tried to look up the term in the contract and couldn't find it in the definitions.

So even though your vehicle meets the effect date and miles per the contracts declarations page, all they have to say is that the issue was pre-existing. They when you challenge them an extremely rude supervisor (think his name is Keith) calls, claims he's the "end of the end" in the supervisor chain, talks over you, claims you are trying to cheat the company, won't listen to your claim, tells you he is going to cancel the contract, and then rudely hangs up on you. I even asked several times about arbitration and he dodged the question and then hung up.

Don't buy their contract! They are not a trustworthy company. Read the other reviews. Yes they have 5 Star reviews which most likely are fake. The sales guy never mentioned effective date and miles. They should have their license pulled!
