Yep, a scam site . Bought shoes (have owned these shoes before so very familiar with them) completely different shoes sent, wrong size (I鈥檓 an 11 was sent a size 7) and they鈥檙e even broken. Surprise surprise no one has responded to my email.

In my opinion this website is a complete scam. Below explanation understates why I believe so:
I ordered a pair of boots at Ines Sabanes and ended up receiving a pair of boots that were not even remotely similar (a completely different model and 'brand'), and they even sent the wrong size too.
On top of that, the boots I received appear as if they are fake (probably an illegal copy) although the price does not indicate this. I know this because the boots I thought I was buying almost cost the same as when I bought a similar pair at a department store in Denmark two years ago – so I had no way of knowing that I was buying a copy, and would never do so.
I have tried three times to contact their customer service to ensure that I get a refund if I send the boots back – and I have never received a reply, It is my impression, that the customer service email is not even handled by anyone. I am not comfortable sending these boots anywhere without an acknowledgement from the company, especially not if I have to send them back to China (where they were apparently are sent from) as my concern is that they are copies.
In essence: buying from this place, in my opinion, is nothing but a loss of money.
