Ordered two replacement hubcaps, installed without a problem, but I could tell it was cheaply made. I drive only highway miles, very easy driving. hubcap fell off yesterday after driving on highway- no accidents, no rough driving, just fell off. I called them today and they do not back their product. I was told that somebody may have stolen it!! would never buy from them again after they refused to make it right.

Really bad guy. He is selling on multiple platforms including walmart, ebay and Amazon. He goes by the name hubcaps.wheel and has several websites including Ineedahubcap.com and hubcapsandwheels.com.

He pretends they're "refinished" but they're not. They're garbage made by FPE. I am sure a lot of people bought these and got ripped off. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and everybody else I can.

Amazon and Walmart needs to do something about this guy. I would recommend filing a complaint because you got ripped off it.

WARNING! Consumer Beware! I ordered hubcaps from this business and used my bank debit card to pay. A week later, two fraudulent debits appeared on my bank account totaling over $120. The charges were for a gym membership in Charlotte which is near this business. I live several states away. I then looked back over previous reviews and saw that on a review dated Feb 8, 2017 from ResellerRatings.Com, someone else had $200 charged fraudulently on their debit card following a transaction with this company. I now see that someone else posted a review in August, 2017 claiming their card was used fraudulently . It is impossible to know how many other times this has occurred and not been reported in reviews or to the police. I hope folks see this before proceeding. This is a crime.

When we bought our used 2005 Grand Marquis it was missing a center cap on one of the wheels and Mercury wanted nearly $50 for a new one. So I searched for new hubcaps and found ineedahubcap.com and found a set of four hubcaps that i thought would look great for it that their website said would fit on our car. When we got them they wouldn't fit, there was no place to clip onto the steel wheel. Our car needed the bolt over lugs kind of hubcap.

So i emailed them to let them know that their website was wrong and that the hubcaps wouldn't fit and i needed to return them. They stated that i'd have to pay for return shipping and pay a $15 restocking fee even though their website said the hubcaps would fit. After a lengthy back and forth emails I thought the restocking fee issue was resolved so i paid UPS $12.13 to ship them back. Five days after they signed for the package we still had no credit back on our card. Sent another email asking for my credit of $69.95 to be returned on my card. When they finally put the credit through it was minus the restocking fee anyway. Emailed them again and was told basically tough crap, they would not refund the restocking fee.
Be warned these ineedahubcap.com people are idiots and crooks who have no idea what product fits on your car and even if its their mistake you'll be the one paying for it.
