Nate went above and beyond to finalize and deliver our display on time and under budget. We just received the display and after a quick set up, plugged it in for the first time- the result was exactly what we were hoping for! The LED back-lit graphic was very impressive, almost like watching the intro for a high def movie. We look forward to using our new display at a show this week and feel confident that the professional appearance will capture the attention of many potential clients for years to come. Thanks to Nate and the entire team at Indy Displays for making this possible on such short notice. We highly recommend their product and appreciate the level of customer care they provided!

In the sea of vendor display companies, it was hard to find one that would be willing to listen to what we want and not to try up-sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn't need nor want. We found Indy Displays just in the nick of time as our event deadlines were fast approaching. We worked specifically with, Nate. He was quick to answer all of my questions, suggested some even better options than we had originally picked out and expedited our order so we would have it in time. We will definitely be working with Indy Display's, again. 5 Stars all around to Nate and his crew.

Nathan provided a great solution with our Xpressions pop-up display. Prices were reasonable and delivery was prompt. His email responses are speedy, which helps reduce the stress when you are in the middle of coordinating a big event!

I was looking for a pop-up table display to use for our company events. I wanted something lightweight and small enough I could fit in my carry on if need be. I searched high and low and finally found Nathan and his team at Indy Displays. Nate and I had a call to discuss the set up I was looking for, size of the display, and what I had in mind design-wise, throughout our call he emailed me several pics of related designs and links for me to view. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and place my order it was exactly one week before our first event of the season. I placed my order on Monday, and Nate, Paige, and team had it designed, approved, off to production, and on my desk by Friday. We are thrilled with the excellent customer service, price, and most of all our final product. I would highly recommend them!

We searched around the internet looking to update our old pop up display system, and came across IndyDisplays.com and their large online selection of DIY backlit fabric illuminated display wall packages. The staff was easy to contact through the convenient Live Chat widget and their customer service team provided 3 portable backlit displays. All 3 could be setup by 1-person, which provided me with backlit DIY portable solutions. We decided to purchase their new SEG Hybrid Backlit Pop Up Lightbox Display Kit. The staff was very knowledgable about LED lighting and the fabric display's DIY's featured. Less than 5 days later we received our new 10×10 fabric SEG illuminated display stand. I highly recommend the Indy Displays customer service team, ZERO complaints here!

I just recently worked with Indy Displays and the finished product really impressed me. Nate was very in tune with what I would ask of him and made an effort to find the best display to meet my criteria. I didn't exactly know what I wanted, but when I received it, I was very pleased. Nate walked me through the entire process with integrity, transparency, dependability, and professionalism. I felt like I received a fair hand shake when I received my display in 5 days. Do not order from them. As soon as you pay thousands of dollars, you won't hear anything from them. Nathan will keep you in the dark about the status of your purchase. You have to repeatedly call and email to get your booth done. Absolutely no customer support for your order, no tracking number unless you ask, and everything will be delivered last minute or late even if you made the ordered a month ago. And I'm apparently not the only one.

Indy Displays was instrumental in helping my company select and design a booth display that fit my budget. Before shipping the booth display out to the tradeshow, my staff and I wanted a "dry run" setup. We were amazed, given the short time frame, that everything came out perfectly as planned. Support and advice on booth size, design, presentation and setup was offered without asking. Indy Displays made the investment in the booth and the tradeshow, and future tradeshows, an easy expense to justify.
