Appalling customer service. Sent the wrong size benches. No contact telephone number. Endless emails sent but no reply. Would strongly recommend to others that you don't order off them.

I placed an order in September last year. Paid in excess of 拢400 for shelves and table and chair set. Timbers for shelves were delivered but brackets not received, chairs arrived damaged as they had packed 6 into a box designed for 4. I emailed so many times, they assured me the missing parts of the order would be sent and chairs replaced but never received and they stopped replying to my emails just before Christmas. Absolute con artists. I have a solicitor who is pursuing and I have reported to trading standards.

Shame I can't put zero! ??? this is for The Little industrial Furniture Company….we ordered in November paid and recieved nothing! Luckily we managed to claim money back through the bank, who have now passed through to their Fraud department! Do not order off these people!!!!!!?Don't know how they sleep at night ripping people off!

Supplied them with timber, never got paid. They have a workshop in Princes street Burton on Trent, called in a few times but never any one there. The owner lives in Great Haywood Rugeley. Will catch this guy one day.

Do not, Do not purchase anything from these frauds…. my daughter ordered a table and chairs last autumn!! They have never arrived, no phone or address and no response to any emails!! Shame on you !!!!! I paid for these items as a gift!!! Disgusting, if anyone at this company would like to make contact with me I would be thrilled and at the same time shocked, you took the money, kept it and never supplied the goods …..

Do not by anything from Little Industrial Furniture Company. I paid and recieved nothing. Can;t get my money back. Very expensive life lesson.
Also beware I think they trade under many different company names.

Do not order anything from this company, they take your money and only send half of the item. They ignore all emails…Luckily I got a full refund through Etsy. Do your research on this fake company, they have no address or no phone number..BE WARNED
