We recently found out my Dad had cancer & due to his Chemotherapy making him dehydrated we decided to buy him a water machine. We used industratec on eBay as their price was pretty good. When receiving the machine we put the water on and at the back there are 2 switches one hot and one cold, when switching the hot one on the hot water light came on but the cold one didn鈥檛 so we knew straight away there was a fault, we even left it turned on for quite some time in case the led light wasn鈥檛 working, but still not cooling. We contacted the company explaining to them that we urgently needed this switched over due to My Dads condition, they asked me to do some tests which I did, they then came back to me and said basically I鈥檓 lying as the test couldn鈥檛 have been done that quickly. We then get this reply when asking for them to do a swap over. 鈥溾€濃€濃€滺ello
The machine will need to be tested before any swap over
Please fully drain the machine and repackage it in its original packaging
The machine will then be tested for a fault
Please be aware that if no fault if found then The machine will be sent back at your cost
A dispute may of course be opened but please be aware that we charge daily interest on any funds held which will be collected by our debt collection team鈥濃€濃€濃€?Not the sort of reply you would expect from any company especially when they know the reason why we needed this in the first place. Poor company and very heartless.
