We took the Marvellous Spain tour with Indus Travels and it was very well organized'. The tour arrangements were very good, including hotels, local guides on tours. We were extremely happy and enjoyed very much.

I will give 5 stars because the service on the tour was amazing. Driver and tour guide was very professional and 100% of hotels they choose in each town was very good clean and good attention the breakfast excellent and I will recommend Indus Travel to anyone and soon I will take another trip

I had a tour book to Portugal which was cancelled. Have been trying to get my money refunded. Email contact has stopped and you can't call them on the telephone. You have to leave a name and number which I did. I have started proceedings with my credit card company to get the refund. Are they still in business?

Great hotels and tours. Our only problem was the strong accents of some of the tour guides. They were very knowledgeable but there were times some of the people in our group would walk away while the guide was talking because they couldn't understand.

Very efficient, courteous service, particularly at an emergency time! Our guide in Bali was particularly good, always on time, if not early, organized and extremely polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Arranging 11 flights in 13 days was an organizational feat! Providing city tours would be a good idea, along with activities to do during free time. Making sure local guides know what has happened previously in the day would also benefit the group. There were days when we had breakfast at 7:00 a.m and didn't have lunch until 3:00 p.m. Leaving the group to find our way to the train station was stressful, given the fact directions were unclear.

First I want to say that I truly had a better experience than I thought I would. Indus did a great job and by day 3 I was so at ease and knew from that moment on that if any problems were to arise that they would be handled and that was never a problem because there were no problems. 2 weeks before we were supposed to leave I was nervous because although I had our itinerary I didn't have our plane tickets and I felt that it was cutting it close. I called indus and had the tickets moments after the call, actually they were in my email while I was on the phone with them. We landed in Thailand and they were at the airport holding a sign with our name on it and from there they treated us like royalty. I am used to being pampered when we travel but we are usually in a group and one of my vendors is paying for it in order to keep my business and they go to extremes to make us comfortable and happy. This was my first trip on my own that I paid for and indus did a great job of making sure that we were taken care of. We almost always had a English speaking guide with us and a driver with this very nice full size van. We traveled through Thailand staying in different cities with River front rooms at beautiful resorts where we were pampered. I will and would suggest using Indus travel again. I can only say thank you Indus

Very well organized tour. They took care of us like a mother. No hidden charges. Everything id included in trip price. Hotels eye very good quality which included grand buffets. Exceptionally good tour. Would recommend to all.

THIEVES, DECEIVERS, LIERS, SCAMMERS, stay away! I booked a Scotland trip at Indus using their website for me and my wife back in May and the trip was going to be in August. We planned to augment as we will be arriving before the start day of the package and staying a few more days after its end date. I paid close to $1900. I waited for a week for them to send me my itineraries and hotel bookings and when none arrived I contacted Indus because I needed the hotel bookings so I can book the other itineraries. I then asked for the hotel bookings but to my surprise, they said they will send it to me 3 weeks before the trip would start – which would not work for us because we had to book other hotels and wed have to know the locations of the hotels from Indus in order for us to plan the others. I told them that I would like to cancel. They told me that the reason it takes time is because they 鈥渨ould like us to have the best experience鈥? I told them I could wait another week and gave them until Wednesday the following week and if the itineraries are not ready, I will have to cancel. One week later, that was a Wednesday, there were still no itineraries. I contacted them at 3PM, Boston time still nothing. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Immediately after that, I received an email from Tanya containing proposed itineraries but no confirmation from the hotels. She begged several times via email and voice mails and asked me to cancel the dispute because my credit card company was holding the payment. I considered and I agreed to try and work it out and give them a chance and so I called by credit card company and cancelled the dispute. About three weeks later, I still did not receive my confirmed itineraries from Indus and so I contacted Tanya how it was going. She said that the payment hasn鈥檛 come through from my credit card company. At that point, because it was getting to late, I asked, through their website chat, if we could just really cancel this time because obviously it wasn鈥檛 working out. She agreed that they will cancel all services. I clarified if they were still going to charge me because I did not want to lose my money. She said no. I took screenshots of the chat so I can have a proof. A weeks later, I realized that my credit card company has paid Indus and when I contacted them and explained to them that the transaction has been cancelled, they wanted a cancellation receipt from Indus. So I contacted Tanya and asked for a refund receipt to show my credit company. At that point she started denying our agreement. In short, they were begging me to cancel the dispute but once they got the money, they ran away with it. I called them and emailed them – Tanya denied our agreements because they were either verbal or via a chat and those are not accepted as evidence by financial institutions. They took my close to $1900 would not try to work things out, they just wanted the money! THIEVES, DECEIVERS, LIERS, SCAMMERS, stay away!

We have done 2 trips with Indus, Turkey and Bali. On both trips the hotels were way beyond our expectations. The food was a wide variety of choices, American, local and Asian and we never got sick. There was always the flair of the country we were in. Also the guides always spoke English very clearly and with great mastery. Their knowledge was extensive and they always had answers to my questions. We were met at and taken to the airports in a timely fashion. This is hugely important after long flights from much colder countries. Kudos to Indus.
