We booked with Indulgent Dubai and went on holiday this July just gone. I had a great experience using the site and experienced no issues. After I made the booking I rang the call centre to check everything had gone through. I spoke to Naomi who was really helpful and to my delight the booking was safe and sound.

I even got a follow up call on my return.

Really pleased with this company and will book again in future.

There are so many travel websites now it's hard to know which to use. Indulgent Dubai had plenty of info on hotels and the booking process was straight forward, enjoyed a great stay in Dubai!

I booked with this company because a friend recommended them to me and I was not disappointed. Great personal service an was able to speak to the same person (Lauren – ask for her, she's amazing) before I booked, to do my booking and afterwards when I had a couple of questions.

I booked up for a week in the Ocean View Hotel with my husband and from the moment we looked at Indulgentdubai we knew we would be getting luxury! Finally a travel website that actually feels you're doing more than getting a car insurance quote like most others do!! To top it off the price was the best we found for our dates.

I needed to travel to Dubai recently for business and Indulgent Dubai came in with the cheapest price for the Atlantis. Site was clean and easy to use. I called the support number to make sure my dietary requirements were noted. Lauren was able to confirm with the hotel that wouldn't cause any problems and completed the booking over the phone.
