AVOID!!!!
If i could give a zero i would!! Avoid as bought 3 high end products and they were nearly their expiry date. One had less than 3 mths till use by expired. Made complaint, had standard reply then after 5 phone calls, many emails I am still awaiting a promised manager call back 6 days later. He's either in a meeting, not available or gone home. Absolutely no customer service and once they have your money not interested. Advised will change wording to say out of date stock, i suspect another lie.

Offered a free gift with each Dr Bronner product. Order arrived without the free gifts. Complained and was told there is a limited amount of free gifts available so even though they have stock of the item you will not get the gift. This was not mentioned at all on the website, in fact no information was given at all. Clearly these offers are used to get get your business which is very dishonest. Wish I had read the other reviews for this company before ordering. Avoid at all costs.

I had absolutely no issues.
Order came via tracked delivery next day.
I didn't receive an acknowledgement email so I emailed the website to make sure they got my order and got a response within an hour. Found them really good to deal with surprised about the bad reviews!

I placed my order Thursday at 10pm and paid extra for Saturday delivery. The criteria for Saturday delivery is order before 5pm on Friday.
On Friday I receive an email from The Fragrance Shop telling me my delivery has been dispatched and will arrive by Saturday 2nd March. The item never arrived as it was never dispatched. I sent Indulge Beauty an email and got a reply saying I had placed my order Thursday at 10pm, so Saturday delivery means not the following Saturday but the one following that!!!! Despite me getting confirmation is was due to arrive on Saturday 2nd March!
So my question is, who pays extra for Saturday delivery to get it the Saturday of the following week?! Especially when they could pay less for standard delivery and receive the item earlier?? Their response was absolute nonsense and a poor excuse to worm out of refunding me the extra I paid for Saturday delivery – a service they failed to meet. There are no indications on the delivery page of their website that ordering before 5pm on Friday means you will get it in two Saturdays time!
I will never order from this company again and would suggest customers to buy their products elsewhere if they want them.
UPDATE:
9th March: Product still hasn't been delievered and no one will update me on the progress – it was due last Saturday. Also can't get a refund because I have to return the product in order to do so – a product that will never arrive!! Absolutely shocking how awful this company is.
UPDATE:
Monday 18th March – was told it was be delivered Saturday (16th) – still nothing… So if you want to order something and wait a month for delivery, I highly recommend this company.

If I could I'd give no stars. I was not in to receive my order and that was in Nov 2017. It's now over 2 months later, they emailed me back in November to confirm the item is back in their warehouse and will refund my money. Numerous phone calls and 10 or so emails later and still no refund. 4 times I've been told they've refunded my money and 4 times they've lied. Ring customer services and they point blank refuse to put you through to a manager. One of the customer services staff remembered me from the first time she told me she'd refunded my money yet had no answer as to why she lied! Give these people a wide birth, I will never use them again I would never recommend them. I have now reported them and was told mine is not the only complaint. I will include link shortly to report them and make a complaint please use it, this company needs looking into.

Awful experience, I ordered an item on the 29/12/2018 it is now the 30/1/2019 and after being told twice that a new one is on its way I still have not received my item! First I was told it was lost by Hermes and they would send a replacement which would be with me in 48 hours but nothing arrived, then I was told another one will be sent out as the last person didn't actual process a new one but here I am almost 2 weeks later still waiting! Awful customer service and still no product!

I can't believe every review before this is negative. Ordered 2 days ago. Items arrived today in perfect condition. Got urban decay foundation cheaper than anywhere at 拢20 instead of 拢29. A bargain and quick delivery. What's not to love. Happy customer.

Customer experience was pretty poor. Waited 9 days after requesting replacement for damaged item to be sent a return label and be told that until they receive my return I will not get a refund…. the case was handled by two customer service people, first didn鈥檛 do what they said they would and didn鈥檛 provide me with relevant info second didn鈥檛 even bothered to read the email chain to realise I wanted replacement not refund…
Now after 12 days I told them to stuff it and I don鈥檛 have time to be dealing with them…
I will not be using them nor the fragrance shop anymore and I will not be recommending them…

When my order did not arrive, they promised to send me another by next day delivery. The wrong product arrived. I was asked to send it back which I did despite the fact that was inconvenient. The replacement still hasn't arrived. I sent numerous daily emails to their customer service that go unanswered. Meanwhile, they have my money and I have no product.

Don't buy from this scam website.
I bought a perfume oil. Received half a bottle, which had been used.
After many, many emails and pictures, not only did they not solve my complaints, but, to my disbelief, started to send me rude and threatening emails. Customer service? Non-existant. Please be wise and don't waste your money and your time on this dodgy website.
