SCAM! We also order a product in January and as of July have never received it. They kept sending emails saying it was on the way and now they are sending fake tracking numbers to PayPal. Exhausting, they are thieves. These reviews were not available when we bought ours or we would not have ordered anything from them.

I purchased a generator in January. My story was exactly like others on this site. Great communication at first, then nothing. I have filed with Pay Pal. Do not fall for this scam. It looks good at first but you finally realize you have been scammed. You have 180 days to file a dispute with Pay Pal. Sadly l learn again that if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

If there is a zero or negative star I will not give it one star.

I ordered the generator via the Internet at this store in the beginning of March, 2020.. At the beginning it seemed legit since they provided email communications, shipping tracking #'s, customs paper work. However, I've never received my generator.

I thought that it could take a few months to get the generator given that it's an international shipping and there have been COVID-19 pandemic globally. However, things are getting worse and worse. Recently they stopped responding to my questions as when I could get the generator (they promised that I will get it no later than 6/12/2020). They provided fake tracking #. This is a fraud, scam and criminal store. I've initiated my money back case to PayPal, and want it to help me punish the criminals.

SCAM. Just like the other bad ratings on here, I ordered a generator that was never delivered. They send documents to make it seem legitimate, but no product ever arrives.

This company is a criminal operation. I purchased a generator back in February and still have not received it – its now 4/25/2020. They quickly answered email to ensure they could get you to pay taxes thru their shipper who is also fraudulent. Once received, they stop all communications. I opened a case with Paypal, where they are completing an investigation which I鈥檓 certain will find that Indogeneratorstore.com was/is fraudulent. Do not buy anything from this store and avoid these over seas purchases from Indonesia. I sincerely hope you see these reviews before you make the mistake I made.

This company is a scam. I purchased 2 honda generators back in sept 2019 and still have not received them – its now 4/6/2020. At first all my inquiries (via email) were answered fairly quickly, so I felt good things were on the up and up. By Feb 2020 they stopped replying to my emails. I opened a case with Paypal, where they completed an investigation and found that Indogeneratorstore.com was/is fraudulent. Fortunately Paypal refunded the price of my purchase, but did not refund the $200 plus shipping fee. Do not buy anything from this store. Avoid all over seas purchases from Indonesia. I've seen other websites similar to this one promising the same Honda generators at incredible prices. They are scams as well. Hope this info helps someone out. thanks, Ryan
