We arranged our 15 day trip to Vietnam in October/November 2017. Our trip was planned for June 18.

I dealt with Bruce Peng. He responded promptly and was very helpful. He helped us organise a tour that encompassed a guide, a driver and the two of us.

We varied a standard tour to suit our requirements and we added a few days in the middle at the Palm Garden Beach Resort to just relax and hang out around the pool. Any request for a variation or upgrade in standard was not a problem and we were very happy with the manner in which Bruce handled our requests

The cars were clean, modern and air conditioned and water flowed generously. Our guides were fabulous – very knowledgeable, friendly and good humoured.

Each guide was different but all were fabulous and we felt a little sad as we eventually parted company with each of them. The drivers were steady and careful. We chosen Bruce!

Everything was really well organised and Bruce Peng checked in with our guides during the tour and even confirmed our internal flights before the guides had a chance to do it.

This was our first experience with My Odyssey Tours (now called Odynovo) and being in Australia we had some reservations dealing with an offshore agent. However, the company was excellent in every regard and has exceeded all expectations.
We were a group of 4 and booked a two-week tour of Vietnam and 5 days in Myanmar which included domestic and international flights. Our accommodation was 5-star and Odyssey/Odynovo arranged for quality drivers and tour guides for every day of our trip.
Our agent was Alick Peng who was very professional and responsive for any questions we had in the initial planning.
As experienced international travellers, we were open to what these countries had to offer, but found the landscape, cities, people and culture fascinating. The ease in which we travelled and stayed within the Odyssey/Odynovo package made this a great experience.
We look forward to utilising the services of Odynovo for our next Asian holiday.

We chose Odyssey due to the positive reviews found online. We did a private tour of Vietnam (just the two of us) with our own driver and guide. We thought Odyssey did an excellent job in both answering all our questions and quickly too. Everything sent to us was informative and easy to follow. We stepped off the plane at Ho Chi Minh City and didn鈥檛 have to think of anything else excepting where we ate at night as breakfast and lunches were included. The lunches were very generous 鈥?often five or six courses (small but very tasty) and always enjoyed. We enjoyed the south as well as Hue and Hoi An (very pretty) and Hanoi. Sapa was more crowded than we expected and we would probably have preferred a quieter mountain experience but this was then overshadowed by Halong Bay which was superb. We were very happy to have a lovely cabin with corner windows and a balcony to view the gorgeous bay. Overall, we would definitely look at organising a private tour with Odyssey in Asia again.

Recently a group of 14 took a customized tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Bali. Each of us had different food and other preferences and some of the members were either joining in the middle or leaving early. Nikki Xia from Indochina Odyssey Tours was phenomenal in taking care of all our requests. All the details were meticulously arranged.
The tour went without any glitch.
Nikki was checking out from time to time for any addressing any potential problems.
We are extremely satisfied with Odyssey Tours and have no hesitation in recommending them for China or Indochina tours.

We organised a private tour with driver & guide who were knowledgeable & helpful and found this company very reliable in their organisation. They understood our desires to visit places of interest at a pace which made our experience in Vietnam Cambodia & Laos most enjoyable. I recently went on a tour of Indochina with five friends. We were all very impressed with Odyssey Tours who made all the arrangements. The bookings were handled by Mia Wang, who did an excellent job. Everything went so smoothly and not a single problem. The local guides that we had in each place we visited were extremely helpful and obliging and willing to make changes to suit our group. We were also impressed by the standard of our hotels. So all in all a very enjoyable trip and can highly recommend Odyssey tours, and already have, and would certainly use then again.

We had a 15 day tour of Vietnam going from Ho Chi Minn City to SAP in the far North. The tour guides we had were knowledable, accomodating and always turned up to time and were prepared to do the extra little bit to make the tour the best. Really enjoyed our time there, the accomdations and cruise exceeded what we expected. I would definately recommend Odyssey Tours

I have recently booked a trip to Thailand with this company and I am greatly looking forward to this experience. Cherry at My Odyssey Tours has been very helpful and very responsive. She would respond to my email on the same day! Cherry booked everything very quickly and was able to answer any questions I had. She also provided a very helpful list of what to bring and what to pack (This review also posted on FB).

Excellent hotels, reliable drivers, good guides.

A friend who travels in the Far East recommended Odyssey Tours. We had a change of plans, so decided to try them out for a quick 6 day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. I was amazed at the fast response from my agent Foring. Such a complete itinerary for our first visit. I was bowled over by our tour guides and drivers throughout too. We liked them so much we extended our stay for Hong Kong with their planning. Cherry Wei carried on as our agent for the rest of the trip. We鈥檙e so happy with Odyssey that we just booked another tour to Morroco next month!

We were treated to private airport transfers throughout. We were helped at the check in for both air and hotel. This helped when our flight was cancelled and our cruise of Halong Bsy was delayed by weather. Our guide, Thong, got us on an even earlier flight! And got us into a suite at a 5* hotel while we waited for weather to clear.

In Siem Reap, Khemerit gave us private and insiders tours on the temples. He was knowledgeable of the history and politics. We were met at our private van with cold towels from Belmont.

In Hong Kong, Hellina and her driver, Joe, gave us a couple of days of great tours of the main sites allowing us some private time on our own. Through all of our experiences, we learned so much more than on a group tour.

This month we went on a 15 day Odyssey private tour through Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a very pleasurable experience. Everything was organised to perfection. Communications were first class. The tour guides in each location were extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, and as well as seeing a vast number of interesting sites, we learnt a lot about the country and its people. Hotels selected by Odyssey were excellent, transport all worked well, food was terrific. We can highly recommend Odyssey and will be using them again.

1. What do you think of your consultant?
Mia you were fantastic. I was not very involved in the booking of the tour directly, but with all of the communication that you sent there were no questions unanswered. You were very knowledgeable about the area.

2. What do you think of our guide service?
All of the guides were unique in their own way but all were very knowledgeable about their areas and the attractions. They were always open to answering our questions. There were also things that you would not have thought about as a first time visitor such as where to get great photos and interesting side experiences and how to get great bargains.

3. What do you think of our driver service?
The drivers were good and we always felt safe. The vehicles were always clean and comfortable and well stocked with water.

4. What do you think of the hotel service?
We were happy with all the hotels that we stayed at. Each represented the type of experience the area of the country sought to offer. They were always warm and welcoming after a long day touring.

5. Do you like the meal we arranged?
Most of the meals were excellent. There was one bad experience at a large all you can eat buffet toward the end of the trip. All in all though, the food was beyond amazing.

Oustanding tour organization. It has been an impressive tour, covering all the expected in a very satisfactory way. It deserves to be strongly recommended.

Although we did not make a booking eventually, Nikki has been very responsive and helpful to answering my questions. I hope I will get a chance to go on one of their tours in the near future.

The Odyssey Tour we took through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam was excellent, very well organized. The guides and drivers were accommodating and friendly, really demonstrating their love of their countries and happy to share it with us.

I did Bali tour with Indochina Odyssey Tours. I will highly recommend this company for any one interested in visiting Bali. Tour guide and the Driver were very down to earth very humble people. My 21 day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in May was booked through Allison who was always very helpful, suggesting suitable excursions based on my interests. I have ended up with a wonderful, customized itinerary after many changes on my part. Allison corresponded by email promptly and efficiently, answering all questions with professional yet personal care. I would recommend Odyssey travel to anyone wanting to avoid the hassles of the travel logistics in a foreign country.
I am very much looking forward to this trip.

IOT put together a custom tour of Hanoi and Saigon per our request. The week package was excellent and included all the must sees in our list. I thought the 4 star Hotels were more like 5 star boutique hotels. They were also well situated for walking and exploring on our own when not on the guided tour. The Halong Bay boat was excellent. Both guides were excellent and were very accommodating regarding any alterations to the itinerary.

From the start to the finish of our booking with Indochina Odyssey Tours, we were impressed with the excellent service we received from them. We were lucky enough to deal with Joan and her service was wonderful. Everything we needed clarification with was dealt with straight away and was explained in detail regardless of how simple or difficult the task.
Odyssey Tours put together a wonderful 15 day tour of Vietnam, a place where we had not been to before. We leave on the 27th March to commence this exciting holiday and will be more than happy to continue this review when we come back.
