Used the machine at Kingston, Ontario VIA rail station and was given a ticket that didn't have the correct information (Wrong license plate, wrong dates and times)
I then used the app and I was double charged. Tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Never heard back from them. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing

Disgraceful. Paid my parking online, an hour before the warden slapped a ticket on my car. Then spent time in the appeals process before the ticket was cancelled. No apologies, nothing. What an utter waste of time, not just for me, but for their staff as well.

Why is there no zero star rating is all I can say. Appalling, fraudulent thieves.
3 times I have been fined for supposedly not having or displaying a ticket, all 3 times i had one, registration entered and ticket visible in the car. One time apparently it was not in the exact position on the windscreen, one apparently not readable (well it is your ticket not mine indigo!). Of course as everyone else points out, laughable corrupt appeals system. Purely money making and totally criminal operation for the way it is run to make money out of genuine customers who have paid and parked in accordance with the rules. I do not know how they have been allowed to legally continue business.

Double charged us in one of their Paris car parks. Have emailed but are yet to reply. This was after we waited 20 minutes to get out of the car park and missed our train out of Paris as a result. Hugely expensive. Had issues with them a week earlier. None of our credit or debit cards were working on their pay machines and it took ages to get out. STAY AWAY

Unfortunately, i didnt check online reviews of parkindigo before i go ahead and rent tge park with them .. but wait a minute, i rented with Impark first 4 months then parkindigo took over 🙁
I rented the park on monthly basis, and they took over with a condition that if you need to stop rent then you should give a 30 days notice .. huh what about individuals who can end their contracts within 2 weeks??? I got my contract ended on first week of November and gave me 2 weeks of notice to leave but parkindigo insisted to charge me additional month (December 2019)?because i informed them on first week of November 2019, paid month .. they charged me another month for nothing just because they came with condition in their paper and we are forced to accept because they took over and charged me a month i didnt use the park .. she ( parking supervisor) at 69 yonge st. Toronto office, said we are running business too and we need to protect our business then she said indigo is 600 billions company and she didnt like my tone .. i have the right to complain and ask parkingIndigo managers to change the condition for individuals to be 2 weeks of notice instead if 30 days

App never works. Then you have to spend the entire train journey trying to get through to their call centre. Often by the time you get through they have issued the fine already.
Today I paid the car park fee late as the app wasn鈥檛 working, then got a fine, and they refused to refund the car park fee. Wow! So I paid for both!
They say you can appeal. Don鈥檛 bother as they don鈥檛 respond.
Just use another car park if you can.
I can鈥檛 believe network rail are allowing this racket to go on – that鈥檚 exactly what they are running.

Wouldn鈥檛 recommend. Falmer station only have around 10 spaces which are gone instantly. To get a space you would have to get there super early. It鈥檚 a rip off

Absolute joke of a company, conmen in disguise, very poor customer service.
Parked with them few weeks ago Big mistake would not use them again if i had the choice.
They lie and try to catch you out even with evidence they pretend you dont know anything.
I think most people pay just to close the case as your time is more important.
Legally robbing people, so if you pay for 3 hours and stay for 2 win win for them but if your late 1 hour they will sting you without even a chance to pay the difference.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Awful company. Car broke down so I had to use a different car on the day. Booked a new parking for the different car but because I didn鈥檛 tell them within 2 hours of the start of the original booking they refuse to refund.
Expensive, poor app and poor service with obviously hidden sub clauses in the agreement.

Good app, but poor interaction. However, they deal with their errors quickly and efficiently. I have paid for the parking day and continued my journey. For some reasons when I came back, I have discovered the yellow surprise stuck to my windscreen. First emotion: "W-T-F!" Next minute I just ignored it and went home. Trying to follow the appeal guide after inserting my fine details I have been surprised again. The fine was automatically cancelled. So, I believe it is more of sneaky human hiding somewhere nearby waiting for you to step out of the car and immediately stick a notice because my notice was issued right 5 minutes after I have stepped out of my car and while making a payment. Good job correcting own mistakes. I would give them a chance

This company is a fraud and only gets 1 star becuase you can't score 0.
I parked and paid over the app which was quite erratic and eventually confirmed payment. A month after I received a penalty notice of 拢100. I immediately called Saba and they confirmed a new debit card was updated on the day in an effort to make payment. Somewhere due to their incompetent IT infrastructure, payment was confirmed to me but was not actually completed.
I appealed and during the appeal period, the same thing happened and i sent a screenshot to them, that day i had to pay by phone just to be sure, which is more expensive than the app.
Eventually my appeal was rejected and i had to pay for the incompetence of their app and website.
Its simple, if the app is faulty, fix it and stop defrauding innocent users. This is the first time i have ever given a public review but people need to know this.

Disgraceful company! I recommend no one should use it unless you are prepared to be fined for no reason.Sunday parking fee was paid as per day rate, they would still claim that it was not paid on time, so fine you 拢100.Regardless your appeal and the evidence you provided, they are only interested in taking money out of your pocket without any consideration. By the way, Customer service would not care less if you complain because they are not under any regulatory organisation so they can do what ever they like! Shame on them!

Saba Parking are an utter disgrace…greedy, immoral attitude when it comes to dealing with appeals and there is clearly no such thing as 'customer service' in their company handbook. Only interested in taking as much as money as they can. Dishonourable, arrogant and completely without a moral compass of any kind. This sector needs proper regulation and some sort of ombudsman you can go to hold them to account. They get away with murder.

Paid for my parking as usual.. Entered my number plate as usual and displayed my ticket as usual.. A month and a half later, I receive a letter from ZZPS debt collectors claiming unpaid debt of 拢170. First I'd heard of it.. Found the proof on my account that I had paid but they said my number plate didn't match any tickets that day but wouldn't supply me with a list to proove otherwise.. Disgusting service from all parties basically said that even though I had proof, as they couldn't find my reg no, I had to pay.. Totally criminal

Issued me with a parking ticket despite me having paid for a monthly pass. It was a misunderstanding as I believed tickets did not have to be displayed. Appeal refused
On a happier note I cancelled my monthly payment -which had gone up without warning and found somewhere cheaper and in fact more convenient to park, so they did me a favour

Extortion – Having paid for parking in 2 cases over 24 hours, I received a PCN totaling 拢127. Explaining I have paid and they can see evidence of my payment on the system, however due to a 10 minute delay, i have been fined for the 10 minutes. which has now resulted in the above fine. ZZPS as a collection company are also appalling – SABA have the nerve to up the prices at the car park again in a short space of time which equals over 拢325 a month!!! we have no choice but to park there. I call for the Local council to investigate the practice of this company and ZZPS. commuter beware, make sure you pay at the machine, Dont use the APP or you will become another victim of this appalling tax….

This company, which I believe is now Saba, has appalling customer service. They promise to call you back and never do. They are happy to charge you twice for parking but never refund you. They try and push the problem to someone else. They are determined to keep every penny even when it does not belong to them. The company is appalling. I cannot see how they have a contract to provide parking services at railway stations. Good luck to anyone who wants to try and discuss issues with them – they are quick to take your money, but wow they are not quick to give it back when they are wrong. To be honest I shouldn鈥檛, but I have give up trying to get my refund for paying for parking twice. Although they may read these comments I doubt they will be bothered.

Would recommend avoiding all Saba car parks and the app. Fine if all goes well but any issues with either the app or car park machines you have zero chance of getting your money back and likely be overcharged.

I go out of my way to avoid parking at their carparks. Often only get 15/20 mins to pay after arrival which isn't enough when you're running for a train and need to buy a ticket too! Even if they can see you've bought your ticket outside that window, they still fine you 拢100 which is absolutely outrageous. They must make all their money from fines!! Totally disproportionate to the 'offense'

I've sent an e-mail to their customer service on the 5th of July and 10th of July, but I haven't heard anything back yet, no response nothing. There's no communication at all from their side.
Bit disappointed as I've even paid extra parking charges. I realised after coming back to the ticket machine within one hour time that you needed to pay in advance so immediately I paid for 3hrs to make sure everything will be fine. I have taken the extra mile to solve the issue but I have not heard anything back from them yet

Tried to park at Bedford Mainline Station. Paid the small extra for Premier Parking on a 6.00am Saturday to 11.00pm Sunday. All the bays were empty and clearly marked as Premier spaces. Brilliant I thought. But no, stupid misplaced signage. Theyre actually all season ticket spaces. 拢100 fine for 拢6.40 parking. Will not be using saba again and will not recommend.

I emailed to request a refund
Told me they can鈥檛 refund as the request wasn鈥檛 made within 2 hours of trying to park as per their FAQ. I didn鈥檛 look their FAQ, I didn鈥檛 think I needed to. I had paid and had the address. They make their non-performance your issue. Never on my confirmation email did it mention the 2 hour rule or that fact THEY DONT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE. This would be the honest and transparent place along with something more obvious on their website, but guess what…. they want you to make this mistake. There were 6 other cars, that I saw, in the same situation as me that day….. be aware!!!!
