This company drafted money without my authorization 2 from my bank account an charged my for the transaction on my credit card statement. I called the company when I first realized transactions I didn鈥檛 authorize on my bank account agent I spoke with told me she didn鈥檛 see it an that she had to go to take other calls. I鈥檝e called numerous of times I was told by a supervisor(Stacy) they wouldn鈥檛 go over any of my account information or transactions on my account after I verified all info on account. Stacy hung up on me an refuse to go over any of my account info. I called back an spoke with agent Kristy which provided me with the dates kristy also stated that she didn鈥檛 see that I called before 1/25/18. Advised Kristy that I received a call on 1/24/18 from Ryan from fraud department an was returning his call. Kristy stated she didn鈥檛 see any calls before the 25th of January. Advise Kristy I was sent out a new card to activate on this account due to agent stated it could be fraud on account which I added password. Mary refuse to provide me info to headquarters for the company which she stated she had to transfer me to her supervisor Stacy which Stacy the supervisor stated that she wasn鈥檛 going over any of my account information with me because I was just trying to argue. I explain if I have a credit card wit a $300 credit limit how do I owe this company over $800 that they are requesting from me. This company have reported to the credit bureau the incorrect information which has effected my credit score as well. Which on 1/31/19 supervisor stated she would call me back on the next day which would鈥檝e been 2/1/19 which she didn鈥檛 an I called back after speaking with supervisor which I was hung up on by the agent after requesting ceo of company information an address to write in regards to all issues I鈥檝e had with this company going in my bank account taking money I never authorized.
